When I arrive to check in (prepaid in advance) they told me that they already rented my booked apar**ent to somebody else for cash (and it was twice more than I paid through ********** because I somewhat understand their language when they discussed between themselves). Eventually in several hours they gave me two studios studios instead of two bedroom apar**ent. It was exteremely inconvenient because my family members had to go down (no elevators) four stories in one building and then claim 5 stories in another building. And do it multiple times just to have dinner together which was a challenge itself because studios (contrary to 2 bedroom apar**ent) did no have even a table! Next day I was talking with the owner of that apar**ent. He was extremely rude and told that I can complain to whoever but he does not care. I think that property simply should not be on **********, period.

An amazing place for low budget. The hosts are just amazing, understanding & really polite. Room is clean daily and the staff is amazing. It is close to everything, there is no noise from the city but you are still in the center of it. Definitely 10 out of 10. 😀

Sorridere è una qualità che non appartiene al personale di questa struttura. Sembrano sempre imbronciati e ti senti come se dessi fastidio. Giunti sul posto c'è stato un problema con booking perché in un punto asseriva vi fosse un parcheggio, mentre la ragazza che ci ha accolti mi ha mostrato il contrario. Cercavo di trovare una soluzione e lei mi ha detto che il parcheggio non era presente, prendere o lasciare... Solo dopo un po' lo staff ha trovato una soluzione con l'albergo vicino con un sovrapprezzo. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, nonostante avessimo pagato all'arrivo in contanti (albergo 4 stelle senza pos!), una signora nel darci le chiavi della stanza, con fare aggressivo, ha detto che dovevamo saldare. Ci siamo preoccupati perché del pagamento non abbiamo ottenuto alcuna ricevuta quindi non avremmo saputo come dimostrarlo. Per fortuna poi è finita lì. Camera ok ma senza saponi, angolo cottura senza neppure spugna e detersivo per i piatti. Condizionatore gocciolante
