위치가 시내와 멀지않으며, 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 주기적으로 청소를 해주며 1층 레스토랑의 조식도 나쁘지않습니다.

This was the fourth time We stayed at this so called Premium Apartment House -mainly because the location ! Unfortunately since under new management the place ,changed to the worst ! The apartments are run down beyond repairs ,furniture fell apart , bed linen worn down with holes in it and while we were there the bathroom ventilator ,the air conditioner ,and telephone needed repair! Not to mention the advertised restaurant or breakfast facility was closed until further notice ! If it not for the excellent ,knowledgeable and friendly receptionist Elisabeth and some of the good old staff from previously -we would move out immediately !And this is for an apartment pre booked months before for a returning customer ! Only their prices are premium , not recommended even for short stay !By the way don't be fooled by the advertised pictures they are not current !

We stayed here early March 2023. Reception staff were friendly and spoke English. Room and bathroom in our small apartment was very clean. Recently regrouted bathroom. Decent powerful shower. Small washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen is basic and only has a hob, no oven, but there's a microwave. Right next to tram stops and bus links. Be aware this is 3 miles from the centre, but the transport system is amazing. Overall would recommend and cheap as chips for five nights.

Firstly, they were having work done in the hotel I may have thought about not booking there if I know, maybe if should be something they advertise.
Second, the night and day receptionist on 17th 18th 19th were amazing and truly a pleasure to meet, I wish I took there names especially the guy on the night shift always a friendly face.
Thirdly, the other staff on at night on 20th and during the morning 21st were the total opposite and felt incredibly let down by them.
Fourthly, the place was clean and get homely which was really nice
Lastly, I would definitely use this place again on my next visit as it is great for transport and local supermarkets and for the most part great staff.

Very short walk to tram 14, which gets you on the really great Budapest transport network, so you can go and explore very easily. OK, there is not a whole lot of note in the local area, but that is fine. Really convenient that there is a Spar supermarket just one minute away and a Lidl just a very short walk beyond that.

Nice location and lobby area but very run down room. The couch was badly stained, curtain ripped, plaster was peeling from the wall and no air conditioning, not even a fan in the middle of the summer.
