Ottimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Budapest.
La reception si trova nel portone accanto l'entrata della struttura, segnalata dall'insegna visibile dalla strada, ed il personale è molto discreto.
La casa era perfetta per 5 persone, anche se l'arredamento lasciava un po' a desiderare. Nel complesso buono considerato anche la posizione ed il costo.

Localização próxima das diversas atrações da cidade, fiz diversos passeios a pé desde o hotel.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Ao lado do hotel tem um restaurante de brasileiros, comida brasileira, bem como diversos outros restaurantes.

Very specious,comfortable ,clean,well stocked apartment with everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Budapest .
The office stuff are super acomadating and kind ,there is an underground parking for 12 euros a day.

It was clean but the apartment is tired and could benefit from a refurb. Communication was great and check in nice and easy.

Brilliant apartment. Clean and modern.
Helpful staff.
Has an excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk from the center of Budapest. Plan on visiting Budapest again and will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend.

Apartment is spacious but it could be cleaned a little better. Also extremely loud neighborhood. It was a little to hard to sleep at night. Overall it was more than ok for the price it coasted.

The apartments are located in a very convenient part of the city. It is easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance to many landmarks. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. The building needs some improvements, and it’s not clean at all. The apartment was reasonably clean. Some electronics were out of service, and they didn’t have the option to give us another apartment because they were completely booked. The sofa bed was wet (maybe a baby slept on the sofa and peed it). They offered to change us to a different apartment as soon as they would have something available and cleaned the sofa. It is a good option for the price, but I’m not sure if I will use this place in the future.

You had to notify when you were arriving so somebody could wait fof you at the reception. But when you arrive nobody is there. Owner was very unfriendly and it took ages to find the key and get in. Room looked nice in the livingroom but the bed was entirely broken with a big hole in the matrass. Very noisy building. Glad it was only for one night. Will never book here again.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at nova apartments.
6 adults & one teenager. We had a 3 bedroom apartment.
The apartment was spacious & clean & central to everything.
There are lots of bars & restaurants near the hotel most staying open till the early hours.
The staff on reception were friendly & ready to help with anything we needed.
Only moan is that the street outside is very noisy. 2 of the bedrooms looked out onto the street. This was very busy especially on the Saturday night and could hear people walking past coming back from partying until about 7am lol…..also traffic was noisy from very early. Bin lorries , horns beeping ect.
So if you’re a light sleeper I’d ask for a room at the back of apartments.
Having said that we all enjoyed our trip to Budapest & found Nova apartments perfect for what we needed
