Brand new hotel, only 20 days old when I stayed there on 14 Aug 2024 Very clean, modern hotel Location is one stop away from train station. It’s easy to go to the attractions Excellent team of staff, very friendly and helpful! Especially Mr. Zsolt Palasthy! Really appreciate his help and recommendations! When the TV was not working, I called the receptionist. The technician came almost immediately to address the issues! Bed was super comfortable and firm! We tried both the Finnish and infrared sauna, very nice! Breakfast was delicious, good variety and quality! Will definitely go back to this hotel next time we visit Budapest again!

We stayed 30/09/23 till 03/10/23 Room 1/4. This hotel has everything you need. The apartment / room building at the rear was modern, an elevator, I think it was only 2 stories high. The suite we had, had 2 floors. An American style open living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, washing machine, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules etc. there was also a toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom upstairs was in a mezzanine style with an open staircase. A bathroom off the bedroom, extremely powerful shower, it was like having a massage, fantastic. Toilet, sink and was fully stocked with toiletries. The breakfast was amazing, 0700-1100. Everything you needed for a good breakfast. Many cold meats, cheeses, bread rolls, yogurts, danish pasties, eggs, hot sausages and beans. The breakfast must be good as the hotel offers breakfast to people not stopping there, obviously at a charge. They must get 100 people plus for breakfast. The location was unbelievable, 5 minutes walk and you are among shops, bars, restaurants, all within the heart of the city. 5 minutes walk from public transport that we caught at the airport. 15 minutes walk to historical monument, bridges linking Buda to Pest etc. The room was very clean, with crisp white clean bedding. There is a lovely garden, where you can have a drink, relax or even eating breakfast outside. The staff were great, absolutely no problems there. Would I recommend this hotel, most definitely, for all the right reasons. We will use it again. Overall hotel experience, OUTSTANDING.

The Florin hotel in Budapest was excellent as was the location. Area 6 is well located to the Jewish quarter and the bohemian area. The hotel is 10 min walk to St Stephen’s church. Trams stop right outside the hotel and main metro station is less than a 10 min walk. For over 65s public transport is free, but is cheap anyway and so easy to get about. Attila, Balint and Lori at reception were great ambassadors for Budapest and the hotel - helpful and friendly. The rooms spacious with a little kitchenette and good bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at UP hotel Budapest. Staff are polite and professional, our room and the hotel were clean, breakfast were good selections of foods and drinks and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. They don’t have kid’s menu so they provided pasta based on my child’s request. My child really enjoyed eating them.I definitely recommend UP hotel Budapest and would like to go back one day.

Very unprofessionally designed Spa area. Wet floors, people were also putting their wet and dirty feet on the seats in the sauna. The pool is significantly smaller than shown on the photo.

ล็อบบี้นั้นยอดเยี่ยมมากและ Cafe de Paris ซึ่งติดอยู่กับ แต่ไม่ใช่ของ (อย่างที่ฉันเข้าใจ) โรงแรมนั้นน่าทึ่งมาก ล็อบบี้หินอ่อนที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานต้อนรับ/เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกที่เป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก และห้องพักดี แต่ไม่พิเศษ สําหรับการท่องเที่ยวสถานที่นี้ไม่ใช่สถานที่ที่ดีที่สุด - ไม่มีร้านอาหารดีๆรอบ ๆ และอาหารบนระเบียงของโรงแรมที่สามารถมองเห็น Cafe de Paris นั้นน่าเบื่อและมีราคาแพงมาก - เช่นเดียวกับไวน์และเครื่องดื่มในล็อบบี้ เราขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับเพื่อน ๆ อย่างสูง แต่ชี้ให้เห็นว่าทําเลที่ตั้งไม่ใช่สถานที่ที่ดีที่สุดสําหรับการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ - ที่บอกว่ามีป้ายรถเมล์ Hop on Hop Off อยู่นอกประตู

Nos dieron una habitación con un ruido terrible que venía de la parte de arriba del tejado. Era una máquina de humos o algo parecido. . Lo expusimos y nos la cambiaron por otra sin ruidos. Había dos sillones en medio de la habitación. O sobraba sillón o faltaba habitación. El baño bien. Las toallas viejas. El desayuno buffet bueno. La ubicación muy buena.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้รถไฟใต้ดินและรถราง เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวก อยู่ไกลจากสนามบิน และต้องต่อรถหลายรอบแต่ไม่มีทาง มีอาหารให้เลือก นอกจากนี้ยังสะดวกในการไปจุดชมวิวอีกด้วย มี ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตข้างๆ เช็คอินก่อนเวลาก็ดี
