I had a very good stay at the Filitti Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was small and quite basic, but the location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel kept our booking despite late arrival thanks to help from Trip.com customer service. Love the hotel in general. Location is close to Old Town about 10 min walk. Morning receptionist a little bit cold. Food very good!

Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio..Puedes entrar a cualquier hora y tiene muy buena calefacción..hotel alfombrado..y el desayuno buffet libre está bastante bien..y surtido..

Centrally located near Old Town, room is a bit small but clean, and the restaurant within the hotel serves not only good food but also with exceptionally outstanding service as well.
