Hotel Agora Brussels Grand Place

The location of the hotel is spectacular! The view from our room was very good. Service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. My only complaint is the room did not have a safe. I would suggest putting a safe in all the rooms.

The location of this hotel is excellent in that it is close to the train station and Grand Place as well as well as shops and restaurants. The staff are courteous and very helpful.

Close to Centraal station. Walk out the door and you are in a main tourist zone. Many options for food and drink close by. 67 steps to attic room! Hotel staff was very nice, carried suitcases up for us. Shower door did not open very far, about 13", difficult or impossible for a large person to enter. Our window opened inward, fire escape leads down to a platform where it looked to us like the only escape option is to go back into the building. The room was smaller than the photos made it seem, but the architecture with the exposed 16th century beams was interesting. "King" bed was two twin beds pushed together, with separate duvets. Staff held bags for us downstairs when asked, could drop off shopping for example and carry it up when returning for the evening.

Great location, near train station, good beds (we slept well), quite although it is the middle of city. Staff very friendly. Minus is there is no elevator,not for wheelchair user, the staff help us to carry our luggage, a very old building, a bit far from the fire exit (a bit paranoid because there is a lot of restaurant under the hotel) very low ceilings near the toilet, my husband bang his head a lot of times🙈, toilet bowl not si clean when we came. Overall is a ok stay.

Wonderful old world charm. Right in the center of everything for touring Brussels. Loved it. Would highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful customer service! Unfortunately there’s 3 levels of stairs with some mosquitos and the only AC is fans.

The location of the hotel can't be beat, as it is very close to the Brussels Central Station as well as to the Grand Place and other tourist must-sees in Brussels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Note that there are quite a few steps to climb to get to some of the floors. Lastly, I love that the building is a UNESCO site built in 1696 and has been well maintained and preserved.

The room we stay is large and comfortable but it is a bit expensive. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close to the main attractions. The service fee is a bit high. We consumed a tin of cola and was charge more than $10 fee in addition to the price of the cola.
