We stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for our family of 3 Air conditioning is pretty good. As you know, some hotels in Europe are not cold enough. Although the hotel location is not near the tourist attractions (it needs to take tram / bus / metro for 10 minutes plus 7 minutes walk.), it is high cp value in terms of service, room size, etc. Also the area is quiet and safe. Regarding the house-keeping, it forgets to replenish the bath gel and it missed the conditioner on the 1st day. We phoned to request and they deliver right away. Actually, we are quite happy to stay there.

Excellent service from the reception. I had a good room with balcony. Unfortunately, I was wake up by the sewage bad smell from the bathroom early morning...

Really lovely hotel, great room with a lovely unexpected terrace that was a suntrap Breakfast was great also, really liked it :)

The service staff were so friendly and willing to help at any request. My stay with this hote was very pleasant and I strongly recommend a stay with this hotel.

酒店離布魯塞爾中心的大廣場很近，走路要十幾分鍾。房間比較大，設施設備齊全，有自己的停車場，早餐品種還是比較好的

Super locatie! Medewerkers van het hotel waren aardig en zeer behulpzaam

숙소 위치는 나쁘지 않다, 그러나 호텔 시설은 좀 부족하다. 욕실내 환풍기가 작동되지 않아 프론트에 말했더니, 주말이라 기술자들이 없다고, 방을 바꿔주겠다 해서 불편을 감수하고 다시 짐을 꾸려 방을 움직이는 수고를 해야했다. 바꾼 방도 그리 시설이 좋진 않았기에, 좋은 기억으로 남지는 않을것 같은 숙소, 다른사람들에게 추천하고 싶지 않다.

床太軟了，不過歐洲的床都軟。位置離老城有點遠，但附近有tram，交通比較方便。成年人可以騎共享滑板車去大廣場附近。酒店服務態度很好
