The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. He took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you

The room was clean. The property is in a safe neighborhood very close to the hospital and close to downtown for dining. The only vending machine was broken.

The shower wasnt clean and there was a used bar of soap. Also it was veryyyy loud. Could hear people late at night in the halls and in the next room. Front desk staff was super nice though!

Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room not what was kitchen chairs!! No lounged area with sofas or living room type chairs. But overall very good!!

Guest checkin went okay as clerk tried to tell me that i had not paid for our stay. Told me that i had to call and get it fixed. While I was working on that, clerk made a call and that individual was able to verify that we had paid for our stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was pancakes, cereal, toast, yogurt, and banana.

The hotel looks dated and ran down. The people working were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. The TV in the room was tiny and old. The hotel breakfast was a joke. The price was exaggerated due to a Packers game that weekend but it was still too expensive for the condition. If the rooms were updated and the breakfast was better I would have given a lot better rating.

It is a good hotel to stay, close to the lambeau field but old, confortable and clean, furniture is very old. Maybe high price in high season
