Hotel Frangipani oferece atendimento ótimo, cozinha espetacular, atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, ambiente muito aconchegante e higiene exemplar, vista muito linda de toda a área do hotel. A parceria com o passeio pela cascata é simplesmente incrível, lugar maravilhoso e com contato com a natureza

We stayed on our trip through Brasil for 3 night,s, driven by the good reviews on TripAdvisor. While the location is nice, rooms are small (bathrooms tiny) even in the best room category. You hear everything from your neighbor as walls are thin. Disappointing to have observed zero flexibility when we asked for 30 min late checkout so we could combine with our booked tour. Manager Nilson and receptionist didn’t try to offer any help (despite 3 rooms in the same category available on their own website) - something I haven’t experienced for a long time of traveling in a 5 star hotel traveling around the world. There are better options nearby - wouldn’t come back again.

A great hotel for couples. The hotel is perfect. Room is quite simple, but just right. The amenities are great to relax and staff is super friendly! The hotel have great COVID 19 measures. A couple of plus points are the water available at no additional cost and the food. They have possibly the best food in Brotas and only for guests!

Estivemos pela segunda vez no Hotel Frangipani e a experiência excelente novamente. Ficamos na suíte com banheira de hidromassagem; o banheiro foi reformado ano passado, após nossa primeira visita, e a reforma ficou incrível!! O banheiro além de lindo ficou super funcional com a área da hidromassagem. O cuidado com a limpeza e arrumação do quarto continua impecável, com detalhes e delicadezas que fazem toda a diferença. Todos os funcionários, sem exceções, são muito gentis, educados e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. Nos sentimos muito felizes e acolhidos durante nossa segunda estadia. Recomendamos muito!! :-)

Atendimento incrível, atenciosos, tudo limpo , organizado. A preocupação com o hóspede é surreal, já vim outras vezes e o atendimento só melhora. O hotel oferece o tempo todo água natural ou com gás, toalhinha gelada, nos chamam pelo nome. Perfeitos!

Excepcional em tudo. Atendimento da equipe, cuidados com minha restrição alimentar, café da manhã na suite, a suite reformada ficou linda!!!!! As piscinas são ótimas. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo para casais o ano inteiro

Pousada com ótima estrutura. Quartos pequenos, mas confortáveis, super limpos e com todos os ítens de qualidade. Piscina externa maravilhosa, com mobiliário de qualidade. Café da manhã á la carte. Bem variado, muito bem feito e à vontade. Restaurante com comida de excelente preparo. Staff: o ponto alto! Todos os funcionários, sem excessão săo de uma gentileza espontânea e sincera raramente vista. Pousada excelente em todos os sentidos! Recomendo e voltarei!

Lugar lindo, comida excelente, quarto aconchegante e tudo muito limpo e perfumado. Quanto ao pessoal, nota máxima em educação e presteza! Área verde a disposição para um passeio curtindo a natureza. Na área da piscina, só música boa! Enfim, valeu muito a pena.
