very average place. like a super 8 quality. it's decently clean. worst holiday inn express I've ever stayed at. store shop had about 3 options. room was odd, i think they gave me the worst room at a hotel at 10 percent capacity.

Front desk clerk was great. Room is fine. The dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles was such a great idea instead of the little bottles! I was disappointed that the pool was not open. They had the doors propped open but needed a locksmith.??? That shut the pool down??? I think the people above me have an elephant in the room. Hopefully it stops walking around soon. I will want to go to sleep soon.

First they tell me a few hours before arrival that they couldn’t accommodate my room anymore. Then they got me a room back but it was 1 bed and not 2. Then they didn’t have any extra blankets for our 2nd person since we had to share. Made my whole stay uncomfortable. The elevator sounded and felt like it was going to break.

A nice hotel. Wish they had a hot tub. Only a pool is in this hotel. Nice breakfast. Easy access to the freeway. Rooms were very nice: Big and spacious. Breakfast was very good as are all HIE hotels we have stayed at.
If you want a hotel next to the freeway, this is perfect.

This property was well kept. The common areas and the room were clean. The breakfast area was well stocked, clean and replenished. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. It is conveniently located just off the interstate and there are dining options and gas stations in close proximity

Room was between pool and laundry room on first floor. Everything was damp, including the bedding. Very uncomfortable room.

The property was good and clean. However they only had two luggage carts and both had flat tires, basically worthless!
