Broken Hill Outback View Holiday Park

Peaceful van Park on the eastern end of town with ok facilities. Stayed in a basic cabin which was equipped with master bed, electric stove top, air con and ensuite bathroom. Car space next to doorway. Late arrivals can collect key in envelope left next to reception. Quite good overall, but stovetop takes a while to heat if boiling or frying. $90 tariff makes the Outback caravan park a value option in Broken Hill

Great place to stay , visited here about 5 years ago with our camper and 2 dogs, was great , came back this time on our own , so friendly and nice amenities, recommend to every one as a stepping point to head further out in this great outback , great tourust and art places here

Really enjoyed our two night stay here on Friday and Saturday night. Hadn’t initially planned to get to Broken Hill on Friday so arrived late in the afternoon after phoning ahead to confirm if there were powered sites available. Upon arrival, Jade on reception was very welcoming and helpful when I asked if there were any drive through sites. She very kindly directed us to two back to back sites for us to decide which one we wanted to drive through on to. This is a large caravan park with very generous sites. Beautiful sunrises. Amenities: older but adequate and very clean. Camp kitchen: older but large very clean indoor facility with all necessary appliances and a TV. Laundry facilities available as well as a pool. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Broken Hill as well as for getting straight on to the highway if heading east towards Cobar.

Great place, people and service. Get there you will totally enjoy it. The staff were very professional and go out of their way to assist you. Loved the ensuite site the amenities were excellent.

Stayed on a powered ensuite site, bathroom was clean and is close by to everything in Broken Hill. Perfect spot on our travels through the area. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked nice and clean. We’ll be sure to use it next time we stay here. 9/10

The staff at Outback View were so welcoming and were accommodating with my late check in. The cabin was clean and tidy, and very spacious with everything required to have a comfortable stay. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family

Being a hot day 42 deg the staff could not be more helpful. The room was coumfy and the pool cloean and cold very enjoyable. The room contained everything we needed to enjoy our over night experance. The park was peacefull and the vies amazing will be back.

Budget friendly, quiet location. Worked out really well as they fit us in while we were passing through on our way to South Australia. Super accommodative staff and friendly place to stay. Really nice being in nature and not being super busy in the city.

Friendly experience, pet friendly, Broken Hill great place to visit. Other campers happy to chat and share stories. Pool and spa onsite. Lots of site seeing activities to do in Broken Hill and close by in Silverton where Mad Max 2 was filmed.
