ชาวเช็กคุ้นเคยกับญี่ปุ่นหรือเปล่าคะ?.. พนักงานบางคนที่แผนกต้อนรับทักทายและดูแลฉันด้วยภาษาญี่ปุ่นและพูดคําเดียว ห้องใหญ่และสะอาด ราคาเหมาะสม มีอ่างอาบน้ํา คิดว่าอาหารเช้าธรรมดาแต่ถั่วย่างอุ่นๆ อร่อยมาก อร่อยจนอยากจานใหญ่แทนลูกเล็กๆ เสียดายที่ไกลจากสถานีไปหน่อย นั่งรถรางสาย 1 สั้นๆ แต่อาจจะแตกต่างกันไปตามเวลาและอาจจะแตกต่างกันไปจากขนาด

Advantages - location - pretty close to the city center, good calm area - small hotel – not too many guests - cozy rooms - decent breakfasts – for its price - friendly personnel trying to help in any situation Drawbacks - “tired” interiors – it seems like most of the rooms require some renovation - problems with AC which was critical for us in Brno in June (30+ C outside) - lack of flexibility from the hotel’s management side I need to explain 2 last points. We were in Brno in June 2023 because of health treatment and didn’t know how long it would last, so we booked 6 non-refundable days in this hotel. We specifically chose hotel, not Airbnb, because we were familiar with local summer and wanted to have a room with AC. However, when we checked-in, it turned out that AC in our room doesn’t work which we hadn’t being told. Then it turned out that there was a big ACs replacement in the hotel at that time (without any notification during or after booking). We managed to get another room on the second night, and at the same got information from the clinic that we may go home after day 3. Via Booking we asked for partial refund because of the inconveniences with AC and partly because we checked-out after 3 nights while paid for 6. After that , I experienced 3 or 4 months (!!) of correspondence with Booking and the hotel management which from the very beginning was ready to refund but always had some technical problems, and in the end just disappeared. Lot of waisted time. Strongly do not recommend, as, unfortunately, with all the advantages I mentioned above , general impression is negative.

ทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบในการสํารวจใจกลางเมือง ส่วนตัวเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักทันสมัยพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ดีและเตียงที่ใหญ่ที่สุดและสะดวกสบายที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพบในโรงแรม อาหารเช้าก็เพียงพอแล้ว ไม่ล้นหลาม แต่มากกว่า OK สําหรับจุดเริ่มต้นของวัน ข้อควรระวัง 3 คืนที่มีมากกว่า 400 ยูโรค่อนข้างสูง โปรดทราบว่าเมื่อคุณมาถึงโดยรถยนต์ ไม่สามารถจอดรถสาธารณะบนพื้นดินได้ และราคาที่จอดรถของโรงแรมค่อนข้างสูง แม้ในบริเวณโดยรอบ A และ B ราคาที่จอดรถก็ไม่ถูกมาก เสาร์อาทิตย์ ที่จอดรถโซนบีฟรีแต่ได้แก้ปัญหาอย่างน่าพอใจสําหรับเรา โรงแรมสวยมากและสะดวกสบายมากกับดาว

Once we got to the Royal Ricc, we were VERY happy. EXCELLENT location that was an easy walk to SO much (well, except to parking). The rooms were as beautiful as advertised and the beds were quite comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was solid ... not bad but nothing to excite one (but no complaints). Most of the staff spoke some English so interacting with them wasn't an issue if you spoke no Czech. My ONLY complaint about them was that on several occasions, I wrote to them for assistance on various topics and response was quite slow or even non-existent. Bear in mind that this a traditional Old World hotel (as in you leave your key at the front desk on your way out and picked it up on your return) but usually these are the ones with top notch service to help them stand out. But would I return to stay there if I were in Brno? Probably so.

โรงแรมที่ดีตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบ (ใจกลางเมืองเก่า) ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้ทุกที่ นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถเข้าถึงทางเข้าโรงแรมได้โดยตรง ซึ่งไม่ชัดเจนสําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง เนื่องจากบริเวณทางเท้าที่ทางเข้านั้นยากมาก และบางครั้งก็เป็นไปไม่ได้ ห้องพักได้รับการดูแลตามมาตรฐานตั้งแต่ศตวรรษที่ 20 ของศตวรรษที่ผ่านมา สะดวกสบายเตียงที่นอนค่อนข้างแข็ง อาหารเช้าอยู่ในระดับที่ดี บริการที่ดีและเป็นประโยชน์ คุณสามารถเสียใจที่โรงแรมไม่มีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ในสถานที่ แต่มันพารถไปโรงรถ แต่ก็มีข้อดีเพราะรถกลับสะอาดและพร้อมใช้งานไม่มีปัญหาใหญ่ - คุณแค่ขอบริการและหลังจากนั้นไม่กี่นาทีรถก็พร้อมรับ รอบๆสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจและมีคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์มากมาย ดังนั้นสถานที่แห่งนี้จึงคุ้มค่าที่จะสั่ง

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

I was a little sceptical with the lack of reviews but there is no need. The staff were very friendly. My dorm was clean and had lots of space, it even had a sofa. The common area is almost non existent, consisting of two tables so it is difficult to meet anyone outside your room if you are into that. It was very quiet which was nice for me so it if really personal preference how busy you want your hostel to be. The beds were comfortable with the privacy of a curtain which was nice except my bunk was a little squeaky. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was good. The safe was large but not enough to fit an entire rucksack. It was nice that the safes provided a rain and hangers to hang clothes up. It is very central, about a three minute walk from the train station and I’ve minute walk to the Main Street. Overall I would definitely recommend.
