Beautiful house and gardens and really like what Sarah and the team are doing here ... they really make your stay special and nothing is too much trouble ... a real hidden gem we will be back thank you ...food and all staff were genuine and what a wonderful place ❤️

Wonderful overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. We used a Secret Escapes deal and we were not disappointed! The room was luxurious and the food was delicious. A wonderful ambiance around the place with loads of period features. We will definitely stay again if we are up this way. Conveniently close to the motorway and Cribbs Causeway where we did our Chris**as shopping!

we had afternoon tea which we were looking forward to ,it was a present for a 50th wedding anniversary, the experience was very poor . The welcome was very unfriendly, the whole experience was unacceptable. The food was just put on the table, and we were forgotten about. So half way through we walked out in despair !!!! A very special country house hotel. Lovely grounds and garden. Large bedroom, comfy bed. Dinner was excellent. Service in bar and restaurant was great, very professional yet friendly. Will definitely be back. Came away feeling relaxed, a great place to stay and to eat, for a special treat

Great mid week DBnB deal that didn't disappoint. Room was fantastic. Food was even better! Staff friendly and attentive without being ott. The evening meal was a mix of a la cart and brasserie starter was a beef spicy Thai theme , escalopes..mains were Mushrooms and Duck. All washed down with Pedrera Monastrell Red...pudding was Cheese Board. The food was first class as was the service. Breakfast as you would expect was fantastic made to order. Hope to come again and will get the family down too.

Berwick Lodge Bristol Thanks to Sarah, Rhianna and all of the wider team for making Chantelle and Lewis’ wedding so special. So brilliantly professional. Amazing attention to the smallest details. Some lovely complimentary touches. Yes we paid for it, but they certainly delivered above and beyond and we can’t thank you all enough.

Stayed overnight as a break on the holiday journey from Lancashire to Cornwall. Food, staff and room (KAPPADOKIA) delightful. Enjoyed it so much we booked to stay again on the return journey.

This place is just magical, like out of a fairy tale, the garden or better the parc surrounding the hotel is spectacular, with some old tree, beautiful flowers, a pond and a little wood. The architecture is just beautiful, as well as the decoration. the personnel very nice.

This literally is a hidden gem, tucked away with a "miles from anywhere" feeling belying it's ultra convenient proximity to major road networks. The property and it's grounds are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are relaxed, proffessional and keen to assist. The food and drink were excellent. We had a very enjoyable short stay and hope to return in the future.
