โรงแรมใกล้กับ Teneriffe Park, บริสเบน

Room was nice, clean, new and accessible. The location was great, nice vibe in the area with great shopping and eating/drinking venues. Staff very polite and helpful. Train from airport to the valley and about 10 min walk to the Sage.

ห้องพักทันสมัยที่สวยงามพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน สะดวกสบาย สะอาด ฝักบัวอาบน้ําและวิวที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ พนักงานที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ และที่จอดรถกว้างขวางแม้ว่าจะไม่ฟรีก็ตาม ใกล้ระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ ร้านกาแฟที่ชั้นล่าง และร้านค้าปลีกมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง

ทำเลดี เดินไปตัวเมืองได้ไม่กี่ก้าวมีสะพานคนเดินอยู่หน้าโรงแรมตรงไปฝั่งใต้เดินเล่นได้สบายมาก การบริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าไม่ค่อยกระตือรือร้น วิวจากห้องพักดีแม้กระทั่งอพาร์ทเมนต์หนึ่งห้องนอนธรรมดาก็สามารถมองเห็นชิงช้าสวรรค์ได้🎡 แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องเก่ามากและการตกแต่งมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสิบปี จะเห็นได้ว่าในปี 2561 มีการติดตั้งซ็อกเก็ตหลายตัวใหม่ แต่ไม่มีผลในทางปฏิบัติ ห้องสว่างไสวด้วยโคมไฟเพดานเล็กๆ เพียงไม่กี่ดวง ซึ่งทำให้มืดในเวลากลางคืน หน้าต่างกันเสียงนั้นแย่มากและสามารถได้ยินเสียงรถยนต์และเสียงชั้นล่างได้ชัดเจน ค่าจอดรถอยู่ที่ 40 ดอลลาร์ต่อวัน ซึ่งถือว่าค่อนข้างแพงเลยทีเดียว

ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่เราเข้าไป พนักงานก็ก้าวไปข้างหน้าเพื่อรับรองประสบการณ์ที่ราบรื่นและสนุกสนาน ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างมีรสนิยม ผสมผสานความสะดวกสบายและความสง่างามอย่างลงตัว ราวกับความฝัน Pinterest ให้เป็นจริง – อบอุ่น เก๋ไก๋ และคุ้มค่าทุกมุม นอกจากนี้ ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นปีกที่ดีที่สุด ทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการสํารวจก็แค่กระโดด ข้าม และกระโดดออกไป ไม่ว่าจะเป็นย่านที่ทันสมัย แหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรม หรืออัญมณีในท้องถิ่น ความสะดวกสบายก็เป็นวีรบุรุษที่ไร้ชื่อเสียงของการเข้าพักของฉัน มันเป็นเรื่องเสมอว่าเมื่อไหร่ ไม่ใช่ว่าฉันจะอยู่อีกครั้ง

ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองบริสเบน ขนาดห้องกว้างขวาง แต่ข้อเสียคือสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ํามีจํากัด การบริการของพนักงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและคุณสามารถบอกได้ว่าห้องไม่ได้ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่มาระยะหนึ่งแล้ว ข้อเสียคืออยู่ใกล้กับร้านกาแฟและร้านอาหารทั้งหมด เดินเพียง 4 นาทีไปยังร้านกาแฟชื่อดังชื่อ Fika

เราพักที่นั่น 2 คืน เดินจากสถานี Fortitude Valley ประมาณ 10 ถึง 15 นาที มีบาร์และร้านอาหารมากมายให้เลือก ห้องพักมีปลั๊กสำหรับชาร์จโทรศัพท์/คอมพิวเตอร์จำนวนมากซึ่งเยี่ยมมาก สิ่งหนึ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือหน้าต่างไม่สามารถเปิดได้ ซึ่งคุณต้องเปิดแอร์ตลอดเวลา โดยส่วนตัวแล้วไม่ชอบเตียงเพราะมันนุ่มเกินไป ของใช้บนเตียงและผ้าห่มทั้งตัวเหมือนติดตั้งไว้สำหรับฤดูหนาว ร้อนเกินไปสำหรับฤดูร้อน

โรงแรมที่สะดวกสบายมาก ไม่หรูหรา แต่ละเอียดอ่อนและสะอาดมาก แนะนํา! ผ่านสวนสาธารณะเล็กๆ จากศาลากลาง ใช้เวลาเดินไม่ถึงสิบนาที ทําเลดีมาก นอนหลับสบาย ภาษาอังกฤษไม่ดี คุณยังสามารถสื่อสารกับอีเมลได้ หยิบกุญแจด้วยตนเอง มันง่ายมาก หากคุณมาถึงร้านมากกว่า 8 โมงเย็น คุณต้องติดต่อพวกเขาทางอีเมล ส่งหนังสือเดินทางและรูปถ่ายบัตรเครดิต คุณจะเช็คอินให้คุณล่วงหน้า สนามบินมาเช่ามากกว่า 50 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลีย เดินไปที่ทางเดินเล็กๆ มีกล่องเหล็กขนาดเล็กบนผนังข้างประตู คุณสามารถรับกุญแจได้โดยป้อนรหัสผ่าน 🔑 มีรถบัสฟรีที่ประตู แต่ไม่จําเป็นต้องไปจุดชมวิวใด ๆ เมืองนี้ยังมีเรือฟรี คุณสามารถชมวิวกลางคืนในเวลากลางคืน , ล้อมรอบแม่น้ําแปดคํา, จอดรถทุกประเภททั้งสองด้าน, ในเช้าวันจันทร์ฉันเห็นรถสําหรับนักล่าที่ประตูสี่ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์และเห็นกิจกรรมสาธารณะดังกล่าวในสวนสาธารณะใต้เนินในตอนเย็นซึ่งเป็นอีกองค์กร

A far walk from public transport. The hotel is across the road from a construction site so I had bright lights shining into my room late at night and the noise from the site is unpleasant. The bathroom light didn't work. Just lacking in the basics. Pity.

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.
