ห้องพักค่อนข้างสะอาดและถูกสุขอนามัย เพียงแต่เล็กไปหน่อย ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายมาก เดินเพียง 300 เมตรก็ถึง Fortitude Valley และสถานีถัดไปคือสถานี Central Station ซึ่งสามารถนั่งรถไฟไป Gold Coast ได้ในราคาเพียง 0.50 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลีย นอกจากนี้ยังเดินทางไปสนามบินได้สะดวกเช่นกัน แม้ว่าค่ารถไฟไปสนามบินจะแพงกว่า โดยอยู่ที่ 23 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลียต่อคน ซึ่งแพงกว่าแท็กซี่

Arrived on a family trip and the car park was full actually overflowing with cars parked everywhere. Called reception who said they don’t guarantee parking for guests and suggest finding parking elsewhere and walking back. When you’re paying $500 for one night the car park should be for guest not for public attending the ekka or. Then drove to the car park they suggested and spent an hour looking for a park with no success. We had to park near the hospital and catch an uber to the hotel. Additionally the bathroom smelt like men’s urine, the room service breakfast was hardly warm and the amount of dust flying around the room wasn’t making it any more appealing. I have stayed here three years ago and was very happy but this time I wouldn’t go back.

It’s a great location and the food is great but we were a bit disappointed by the lack of facilities. Online it was advertised that there’s 2 swimming pools and one is heated but when we arrived - no heated pool. The pool bar was shut and roof top was shut. We were a bit disappointed purely because we booked the hotel for these facilities. Room very clean and friendly service staff. Breakfast buffet good but pretty pricey - would be better if they offered alternate milks like soy, almond, lactose free etc and barista made coffee was included in the breakfast. Fruit selection was awesome!
