For the price it was ok. The room could have been cleaner. It had a faint smell of smoke. The shower head was weird, the tub didnt drain properly and the bathroom needed mopped. The beds were uncomfortable but not terrible. The lighting in the room could have been better as well. I really needed to iron my sons suite, but the iron was dirty.
While these seem like a lot of complaints, they werent extreme cases. Just little things to note. The price was good and the breakfast was excellent so that made it better.
Staff were ok. Not overly friendsly or helpful, but not mean or rude either.

Everything was good, my only complaint was the beds. Very small not sure it was what’s advertised and very hard. Not a good sleep.

Had to change rooms because the sink faucet didn't work. Fridg in the second room didn't work. Opened the door and it stunk. Had to change it out. Hair on the bathroom floor. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible. The staff was friendly and receptive to our complaints.

Just 2 nights. Comfort Inn Brentwood TN. Room 425 could not pull blackout curtain shut. Right side not attached to closing rod so curtain sagged. Otherwise things were fine.

Hot breakfast. nice pillows. carpet could use a cleaning. overall nice & comfy. all amenities provided. great size suites. nice lobby & cafe.

The beds are full size not queen. They are so bad also that you felt like you were wrestling all night just to not fall off of the bed.

Overall very good. Room we had for 2 nights on 1st floor was updated and very comfortable; had a great nights sleep. We had to add a 3rd night last minute which we were on the 2nd floor. Rooms were ok, clean but not as updated; one of the mattresses on the queen bed was in desperate need of replacement
Overall great stay and will return for future stays. Convenient area to restaurants, highway and shopping in a nice area.
