Great Stay Thank you very much. The service was fantastic and so was the location

Very good and clean hotel and service was awesome. I was surprised that breakfast didn't come with the room. Also I had some trouble with the card to access the elevator but the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sure beat the AirBnb’s we usually rent!

It was a great location, kind of off the beaten path per say Was right next to the highway, so I could easily get on and head back to where you needed to Close to a couple great restaurants down the street from Olive Garden and Lyndale mall great great atmosphere

ROOM WAS CLEAN, HALLWAYS SMELLED OLD, AND LOOK OLD. BUT WERE CLEAN. STAFF WERE SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. pAINT PEELING IN THE BATHROOM. OVERALL SATISFIED.tHANK YOU,

Several things, They use heat pumps instead of furnaces, do it has to be so cold before they work. You can’t use them to take the chill off. Half the time I was freezing.  I had one towel in the room.  The second day I had to go ask for another one since my room was not cleaned. The third day the room was not cleaned again. I called the front desk and ask why my room was not cleaned again they told me the rooms are only cleaned on the third day  so I asked them was I supposed to use the same towel all three days.  There was no microwave in the room. They blamed it on the remodel. No paper or pens. I thought I was staying at a 5 star hotel but I rate it at a 2 star at the most. Never staying there again
