This place is super nice great staff great breakfast it has a bar and the rooms are 5 star. Best place around great staff security . I’ll stay here every-time the GM is great his assistant is the best the girls are all the best.

They charge you a 22% tip without telling you at the bar. If they have a gift change they just close out your current tab. No one tells you there is a shift change and no one tells you it is being closed out.  They don’t follow your requests for your room, we wanted away from the elevator and 2 queens. We had to fight for both.  They have no bus boys for the upper bar. You have to clean off tables yourself.

It was my first time in Denver, and staying at the Hyatt Regency made my visit very pleasant. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd definitely book there without hesitation.

More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

Staff very friendly.  But, the simple amenities were lacking.  Coffee pot broke, no coffee in room, no hand soap, toilet paper had 2  1/4 rolls only.  2 towels no floor towel.  And the bathtub had peeling paint on the bottom where they tried to patch.  The elevator was out of service.  I did speak to front desk was told they were out of coffee and hand soap.  I was given a bottle body soap and I could get coffee in the lobby.  The breakfast attendant did not change her gloves from wiping tables and handling food.  Food was not a big choice.  I was given points on my membership that I didn’t know I had for my disappointing stay.  We have stayed here in the past and it was fine.

ทางโรงแรม ไม่มีบริการชัตเติ้ล Bus รับส่งแล้ว ตรวจสอบบริการนี้ก่อนเดินทาง เช็คอินได้ง่าย แนะนำให้ พูดคุยเรื่อง วันเช็คอินเช็คเอาท์ ให้ชัดเจน ในวันเช็คอินเลย เนื่องจาก ได้รับประสบการณ์ การเข้าใจผิด จากโรงแรม ว่า check out ก่อนวันจริง 2 วัน และมีการ รูดบัตร (ที่เราใช้ในการ จ่ายค่ามัดจำ ตอนเช็คอิน) ของเราเพิ่ม 2 คืน และ ค่ามัดจำใหม่ อีกครั้งต้องไปเจรจาขอคืนยอดเงิน ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากและต้องส่งอีเมลใบจองไปยืนยัน แต่ได้คืนทั้งหมด ทางทริป.คอม ช่วยดูแลแก้ปัญหาร่วมด้วย ดีมากๆ ขอชื่นชม ห้องกว้างขวางสะดวกสบาย แต่ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดระหว่างที่อยู่ มีอาหารเช้าให้บริการพอเพียง มีเครื่องวาฟเฟิลให้ทำเอง มี บิสกิตให้ รสชาติกลางๆ สถานที่ตั้งไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่ถ้าต้องการ ไป ทำธุระที่มหาวิทยาลัยและโรงพยาบาล ค่อนข้างใกล้ แต่ถ้าเดินไป ต้องระมัดระวังให้ดี มีกลุ่ม homeless บ้าง

Overall our stay at La Quinta was pretty good. I was impressed with the breakfast. There was something new each day that we stayed. I liked the biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed making his own waffle. The staff was very attentive and kept the area clean. My room was decent but the room next to us had dogs that bark excessively. I don’t mind a little noise. That’s expected but when I can’t hear my tv or wake up through out night it’s a problem.
