โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในดัมมาม

such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend. 

มีปัญหาเรื่องเงินดอลลาร์ตอนเข้าโรงแรม (ต้องนั่งแท็กซี่ไปไกลจากโรงแรมหลายกิโลเมตร และหลังจากจ่ายเงินครบแล้ว โรงแรมถึงยอมให้เราเข้าได้ เรามีเงินดอลลาร์ แต่ทั้งบัตรวีซ่าและมาสเตอร์การ์ดใช้ไม่ได้)

การจองโรงแรม Novotel Dammam Business Park ในซาอุดีอาระเบียผ่าน Ctrip นั้นเกินความคาดหมายของฉัน! โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้สะดวก ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสว่างไสว ตกแต่งสไตล์โมเดิร์นและมินิมอล มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และเครื่องนอนที่นุ่มสบายช่วยให้หลับสบายตลอดคืน พนักงานอบอุ่น เป็นมิตร และเอาใจใส่ ให้บริการดีเยี่ยมและสื่อสารได้ง่าย ห้องอาหารมีเมนูหลากหลาย ผสมผสานอาหารท้องถิ่นกับรสชาติอาหารนานาชาติ อาหารอร่อยมาก ไม่ว่าจะมาเพื่อธุรกิจหรือพักผ่อน โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยม และฉันจะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนในครั้งต่อไปที่มาเยือนซาอุดีอาระเบีย!

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

โรงแรมสะอาดและถูกสุขอนามัย ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเล สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลจากชั้นบนได้ บริการแผนกต้อนรับดีเยี่ยม และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารเช้ามีให้บริการอย่างสะดวกสบายที่ล็อบบี้ชั้น 1 ครั้งต่อไปที่มาเยือนดามัน ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอน

Totally not upholding the name of Wyndham, never do make up for for 2 nights and replenish of water. Upon requesting for a change of towels, took the used towel, never replace with clean ones. Then 3rd day, did a make up room, took all used towels, never replace again. Totally disappointed with their room service team. Will never choose Wyndham Garden Dammam again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it has consistently been a great experience. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the service is always outstanding. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. It has become one of my preferred places to stay whenever I visit Dammam. Highly recommended!
