The service is excellent— they even picked us up right when we got out of the taxi and helped carry our luggage. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a spacious and lovely room, and the heated bed was very useful during the winter season. When we had to leave early in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us to take away. We were so happy staying here!

Завтрак на террасе был потрясающий, очень сытный и вкусный. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Кровати отличные, все что надо было для отдыха все это было. Спасибо. Рекомендую.

位於舍夫沙萬老城入口的主幹道邊上，步行10分鐘到達藍色小鎮核心區。一間六層現代華人酒店，比國內如家好一點點，但在摩洛哥算很不錯了，比摩洛哥式民宿實用舒適。酒店廚師是山東人（他説的），能提供一日三餐中式飯菜，對於已在埃及和摩洛哥呆了二十天的我如獲至寶。如你已經在馬拉喀什和菲斯試過各種Riad後想回現代的，這間可考慮。

大変満足する宿泊でした。立地:広場で車を降り、荷物を持って細い階段を上がる必要があります。大変ですが、体力がある方なら大丈夫です。周囲は青い宝石にふさわしい街並みで、青い街を見たい、写真を撮りたい方には最適です。　スタッフ:たくさんコミュニケーションを取り、非常に親切にしてくれました。また、広場までの荷物運びを早朝にも関わらず手伝ってくださいました。　設備:可愛らしい家具が並び、シェフシャウエンらしさを感じられます。清潔です。屋上の眺めもよく、星空が見えました。　その他:別棟にハマムがあります。清潔な施設と十分なサービスで最高でした。ありがとうございました。

The staff are friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean. However it falls short of luxury for the price tag and certainly not five star. The location is at the very top of the medina which requires a steep ascent & descent to reach the main attractions. It's also in a noisy neighborhood and the hotel lacks good sound insulation both externally and internally. The breakfast buffet was not refilled through service and largely consisted of cold platters of processed meats and cakes. They charged extra for anything but instant coffee. We chose not to take dinner in the hotel as the menu consisted of simple Moroccan, French & Italian staples at inflated prices. Room size was OK but bathroom tiny. View faced back of the hotel onto a graveyard. The coffee machine in the bedroom was defective. Toiletries provided were a simple all in one soap/shampoo. There's no bar and the rooftop terrace was out of service. At over 200USD it's just not memorable or good value.

สถานที่ที่ดีในเมดินาเก่าเดินเพียงสองนาทีจากจัตุรัส Utah al-Hammam และป้อมปราการ Casba ตัวโรงแรมมีขนาดเล็ก แต่สะดวกสบายพร้อมห้องพักสีสะอาด อาหารเช้าดีมาก แต่น่าพอใจ ออมเล็ตพายผัก พนักงานที่เป็นมิตร การยืนยันการจองได้ระบุเวลาการชําระคืนอย่างเคร่งครัดจนถึง 4 โมงเย็น แต่พนักงานที่ทางเดินหายใจประหลาดใจและบอกว่าสามารถมาได้ทุกเมื่อ มีระเบียงบนดาดฟ้า แต่อาหารไม่เสิร์ฟ แต่อยู่ชั้นใต้ดิน สามารถมานั่งทานอาหารพร้อมวิวเมืองได้

The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages. Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it. The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.
