I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, professional service, and attention to detail. The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly, polite, and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply being another guest checking in. They were also happy to answer questions and provide information whenever I needed it, which made the entire stay much easier and more enjoyable. The room was one of the highlights of my stay. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day. The room also had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, including clean towels, comfortable bedding, useful amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated how clean the bathroom was and how well everything was organized. Housekeeping also deserves recognition. The room was kept very clean, and I could tell that the staff paid attention to the small details. It is always reassuring when you stay at a hotel and don't have to worry about cleanliness or maintenance, and this hotel definitely gave me that feeling. Another thing I really enjoyed was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas were clean, attractive, and comfortable. The design and decoration created a pleasant environment without feeling too crowded or overwhelming. It was a great place to relax, whether I was spending time in the room or enjoying the hotel's facilities. The location was also very convenient. It was easy to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, and other places I wanted to visit. Having a convenient location made a big difference because I didn't have to spend too much time traveling from one place to another. The hotel staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and other employees. Good customer service can really make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff made my stay much more enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities, and I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness. Everything appeared to be well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts effort into providing a comfortable experience for its guests. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was impressed by the combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and excellent customer service. There are many hotels to choose from, but what made this experience stand out was the friendly staff and the feeling that the hotel genuinely cared about its guests. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, and I would happily recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The staff were very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us throughout our stay and made our experience very pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

I had a very happy stay at this hotel, it’s showing signs of age but still perfectly acceptable, location was good for me as pretty central to access everything easily by Tuk Tuk. Pool area is very pleasant but sometimes staff absent so had to phone down, some good food deals and beer and drink available, some towels again showing signs of age so could do with being replaced. Restaurant on site and breakfast seven selection for all at $7 so good value. The staff as always in Cambodia are brilliant, I had good banter with the guys on the door and often bought them coffees and brought pastries for them. The coffee shop / stall offers coffees at$2.50 so good value as well and freshly made. The superior room was a god size, bed comfy and the shower was a good size and water was very good… I had a couple of small issues in the room but maintenance were in the room fixing it with 10 mins so absolutely fantastic. However the USB power sockets either side of the end did not work and could not be fixed so had to obtain an adapter as the UK socket would not fit the bedside outlets. I am returning in November and see no reason why I won’t stay here again, it’s a balance of value against facilities and this I believe is a great value for money hotel, yes there are fancier hotels ata much higher price and likewise there are cheaper ones that are definitely not up to the standard of this hotel. Enjoy your stay and please buy the guys a coffee and bring back a pastry if your out (they like the ones with custard in the middle lol)

I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).
