"Really amazing place! Close to kinosaki by car but you will need a car to get here. A quiet nighttime with great staff on an original tatami. Would recommend and stay again 10/10!"
Great ryokan, the staff are incredibly kind. They will take good care of you. They have a private onsen, which is a plus. The rooms are large, clean, and traditional. You can still have a Western-style bed if you prefer. Very well located, very close to the train station so you can quickly drop off your luggage. They provide a yukata, geta, and an unlimited pass so you can enjoy the onsen as much as you like.
JJp0616Please book this hotel if you go to Kinosaki Onsen!
The staff was really amazing. They were all super friendly and nice and always put so much effort in making our stay enjoyable. Big thanks to Kairi for explaining everything so well and always being patient with us. Also thanks to Tomoki for the great service. We loved our stay there so much we would love to come back here again when we visit Japan again! Also loved the town itsself and all the Onsen.
The hotel itsself also gives you public Onsen as well as private ones that you can book in advance. They were amazing too. The food included in our Halfboard was also amazing! Loved everything here! Garden view from our room was so relaxing and great as well!
Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)
Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
