Sanpeiso was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The ryokan beautifully preserves the atmosphere of traditional Japan while offering excellent comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of every detail throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a peaceful garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was exceptional — the hot spring water felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing, and the entire bathing area was quiet and beautifully maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were served in traditional Japanese style and were outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased seasonal ingredients. It felt like a true cultural experience rather than simply a meal. What impressed us most was the authentic character of the ryokan. Unlike many modernized properties, Sanpeiso retains the charm and elegance of a classic Japanese inn. The combination of attentive service, excellent cuisine, serene surroundings, and high-quality hot springs made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic ryokan experience in Atami, I highly recommend Sanpeiso. We would gladly return on our next visit to Japan.

ห้องพักของโรงแรมดีมาก ตรงตามที่คาดหวังไว้ เงียบสงบ มีทะเลอยู่นอกหน้าต่าง เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนมาก มีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนในห้องพักด้วย ผ่อนคลายสุดๆ หลังจากเหน็ดเหนื่อยจากการเดินทาง

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，房間非常大，乾淨舒適。全部阳台向海並帶𠕇私人溫泉浸浴。我們全家五人在兩个網站共訂了三个房間，酒店預先聯絡我们了解了各位入住客人的身高（以配置适合的浴袍）以及饮食愛好，特意為不吃魚生的加工好熟食。晚餐和早餐都非常美味，食材新鮮。入住兩天的菜單都有变化，魚生有龙蝦、甜蝦和各式當地當季的鮮魚和鰻魚，和牛也煎得非常到位，适合各位的要求！房間是現代简约及结合传统日式酒店的風格，我們有二间是日式、一间是西式風格的房間，彼此都相當滿意。lounge 在八樓，面向大海品尝冷、熱咖啡和綠茶、日本的各式小點心和果子，还可出阳台浸浸腳，不出洒店都能得到很好的休息！七樓更有風景很好、设施齐全的戶外风呂…… 酒店的所有員工都很热情、有禮、非常的專業！这是我們全家在日本渡假最滿意，一致感覺100分的酒店，並相約明年再來！

This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out.

ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้สองวันติดต่อกัน แต่เนื่องจากเทศกาลดอกไม้ไฟ ฉันจึงไม่สามารถจองห้องพักประเภทเดียวกันได้ คือห้องหนึ่งมีสามเตียงและอีกห้องมีเตียงคู่ ฉันจึงถามว่าจะทำได้ในวันที่เช็คอินหรือไม่ จัดห้องแบบเดิมตามที่คาดไว้ไม่ได้จึงต้องไป 11 ก่อน คลิกไปดูห้องก่อนหน้าเก็บสัมภาระทั้งหมดแล้วกลับมาเช็คอินที่ห้องถัดไปเวลา 15.00 น. โรงแรมเก็บสัมภาระไม่ได้ โชคดีมีรถ เลยไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องการเก็บกระเป๋า ฮาร์ดแวร์ในห้องพักโรงแรมดีมาก ปัญหาเดียวคือ แชมพูผสมสบู่ผิดๆ (ดูรูป) โชคดีมีแชมพูให้ ปัญหา. วันที่ฉันเช็คอินในห้องนี้เป็นวันที่มีเทศกาลดอกไม้ไฟ ทราบและขอให้ฉันสอบถามทางโรงแรมด้วยตนเองหรือส่งอีเมลถึงโรงแรม การแสดงดอกไม้ไฟจบลงแล้วและฉันยังไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับ โชคดีที่เมื่อเราไปที่ชายหาดแต่เช้าเพื่อหาสถานที่ชมดอกไม้ไฟ เราก็เหลือบมองมีคนถือเบาะรองนั่งที่ทางที่ประชุมแจกให้ และเราก็สามารถเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งดูที่กำหนดให้แขกของโรงแรมได้ เราก็จำได้ เบาะรองนั่งที่การประชุมแจกอยู่ในห้องของเรา และเรารีบกลับเข้าไปในห้อง และเพลิดเพลินกับการแสดงดอกไม้ไฟจากตำแหน่งด้านหน้ามากขึ้น จริงๆ แล้วสามารถมองเห็นได้จากห้องพักในโรงแรมหรือบนดาดฟ้าของโรงแรม แต่ก็ไม่ได้ดีเท่ากับทำเลบนชายหาด

สำหรับโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่น ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่และคุ้มค่ากับราคา ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟอะทามิมาก แต่เนื่องจากภูมิประเทศที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของอะทามิ การหาโรงแรมจากสถานีในครั้งแรกอาจใช้เวลาสักหน่อย เพราะต้องผ่านถนนที่เป็นเนินเขาและบันได โดยรวมแล้ว โรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความสะอาด และบริการล้วนดีเยี่ยม นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องอาบน้ำรวมขนาดใหญ่พร้อมสระว่ายน้ำกึ่งกลางแจ้ง ซึ่งให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายมาก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็ใช้ได้และไม่มีอะไรให้ติ ทั้งห้องอาหารและห้องพักต่างก็มองเห็นวิวทะเลโดยตรง โดยสรุปแล้ว นี่คือโรงแรมชั้นนำในอะทามิ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ครึ่งทางขึ้นเขารอบเมืองเหอไห่ ห้องพักสามารถมองเห็นเมืองเหอไห่ทั้งหมดและอ่าวเซี่ยงไฮ้ ถนนขึ้นเขาไปยังโรงแรมค่อนข้างชัน ขอแนะนําให้เรียกแท็กซี่จากสถานีโดยตรงเมื่อมีกระเป๋าเดินทางหรืออากาศไม่ดี น้ําพุร้อนของโรงแรมเป็นบ่อน้ําพุร้อนขนาดเล็กสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นทั่วไป ไม่มีปัญหา แต่ไม่มีที่โดดเด่น สิ่งที่น่าประทับใจคืออาหารค่ําสไตล์อิตาเลียนของโรงแรมอร่อยมาก โดยเฉพาะไก่รมควันในเมนูแนะนํามาก

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

ฉันใช้บริการโรงแรมนี้สำหรับการเดินทางกับแฟนสาว วิว บริการ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ดีเยี่ยมมาก ห้องน้ำในห้องพักกว้างขวางและสวยงามมากเป็นพิเศษ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ มีคุณภาพสูง และสนุกมากที่ได้ลองใช้ทุกอย่าง สำหรับทำเลและราคาแบบนี้ พร้อมห้องน้ำส่วนตัวในห้องพัก ฉันคิดว่าคุ้มค่ามาก!

すごく部屋も雰囲気は良いのですが 夜になると虫が大量発生してしまい もう少し何かしら対策をするべきだと思いました。 あとスタッフの対応がそんなにいいわけではなかった。 かなり高い値段を出してたので お土産も一人一つあればいいものを 一部屋に一つという残念なとこが目につきましたね
