Very friendly staff, all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food very delicious and affordable. Very good location to visit many near sites.

Впервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

The location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room. The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK. The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy. Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that. All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

location was good, food was also delicious especially the dal makhani, burger were very good. Just one thing staff was generally helpful but a little more courtesy and they will arrive at desired level.

1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description. 2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it. 3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out. 4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while. 5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day. 6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager. 7. Luckily, the changed. 8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done. 9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted. 10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

(ดีหน่อย) ล็อบบี้สะอาดและสวยงาม พนักงานให้การสนับสนุนการแต่งตัวและบริการดีมาก าก เช็คอินได้ปกติ ถึงเวลา 15:00 น. ถึงจะไปเช็คอินได้ แม้เวลา 12.00 น. ร้านอาหารสวยมาก เตียงนุ่มนอนสบาย บริการดี สระว่ายน้ําสวยมาก นี่ไม่ใช่ระดับที่ว่ายน้ําไม่ไหว อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟ่ต์ เมนูเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ดิฉันพัก 2 คืน แต่ดีใจที่มันเปลี่ยนไป (จุดแย่ๆ) หูฟังของเพื่อนหายในห้องแต่หาไม่เจอ ประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมงหลังเช็คเอาท์ ... ไดร์เป่าผมเก่ามาก เสียงดังจากการก่อสร้างในระหว่างวัน เวลา 々 ไฟฟ้าดับใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 นาทีเพื่อเรียกคืนแต่ความถี่สูงมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม (ชั้นดาดฟ้า เลานจ์ ฯลฯ) 々 บางสถานที่ไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกเก่าและเปลี่ยว วิวจากหน้าต่างไม่ค่อยดี (ซากปรักหักพังรอบๆ ฯลฯ) อาหารเช้า ขนมปังไม่ค่อยดี (ครัวซองต์ โดนัท ฯลฯ) ควรปรับปรุง

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือรถรับส่งไม่สามารถมาถึงโรงแรมได้ เนื่องจากโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับท่าน้ำ แต่ก็อยู่ใกล้กับวัดวิศวนาถ วัดมานิกาณิกา วัดวิศาลักษี วัดกาลไภรวะ ฯลฯ สามารถเดินไปได้ ปัจจุบันลิฟต์ยังไม่มีให้บริการ แต่ทางโรงแรมได้เริ่มงานก่อสร้างแล้ว อาจจะเสร็จภายในหนึ่งเดือน พนักงานอย่างคุณราเจชและพนักงานทำความสะอาดคนอื่นๆ สุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ยกเว้นคุณสันโทชคนหนึ่งที่หยาบคายและหยิ่งยโสกับแขกมาก ดิฉันขอร้องให้ทางโรงแรมอัลกาฝึกอบรมเขาเรื่องการปฏิบัติต่อแขก พยายามจะโพสต์รูปของเขาแต่โพสต์ไม่ได้ โดยรวมแล้วประสบการณ์ดีมาก มีเรื่องเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่น่ารำคาญอย่างเช่นคุณสันโทช ขอบคุณ

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

ทําเลที่ตั้งน่าทึ่งเดินประมาณ 50 เมตรถึง 80 Ghat คุณสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับ ganga Aarti ในตอนเย็นพนักงานที่ดีบรรยากาศที่สวยงาม ราคาไม่สูงมิฉะนั้นมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่จะอยู่ที่นั่น
