This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai . Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Excellent rooms and very good location with good access to hotels and other facilities. Nice residential locality. Breakfast was not good. I don't recommend eating here..Looks like the cook is north indian and none of the breakfast spreads felt south indian

Poor responce in hotel reception landline number called more then 15 times n various number but no use and we are stayed for 3 days but cleaning service didn't clean even a single time. They arrange cab service for trip near palaces and hotel locate in very near to temple so u can visit temple at any time.

rooms are clean, breakfast is good. but the latch in bathroom was not working. the staff is polite and helpful.

It was good and quite average experience to stay at cr grandee madurai, the hotel was average and rooms are not well maintained but yes those rooms were clean and comfortable and food was fine. Staff was cooperative. Thanks for your services. I don’t have pics to share

It was a good experience, good staff, good cleanliness, nice ambiance, rooms are beautiful, only problem is that it is far from the main road so taking a cab or auto would be problematic otherwise my stay here was good.

Room are clean, but too old. Wash room is placed at 2 feet height from main room, not easily accessible by elders. Washroom is too old, very small. Windows are not fully covered, place in service area surrounded by pipes. Very old hotel with some renovation which is not nearly done.

Room and washroom was good and clean. Staff were polite and good. Safe for family stay. Lack of parking space within hotel premises was an issue as the way to alternate parking area was very bad and dirty. The tiger restaurant for breakfast was not upto the expectation, it was not suitable for vegetarians. This could be made better by having a separate area for vegetarians and food quality can be improved by tying up with hotels like annapurna which is very nearby and serves good veg food. Request hotel management to address these issues.

Very good experience with the hotel .Good customer service and low budget Ac room with nice lake view .room are very hygienic and good vibe .totaly i just like it. the rate its soo good. food also very good but litely expense.
