โรงแรมสะอาดแม้ว่าจะค่อนข้างเก่า ประตูห้องไม่สนิทเพราะมีช่องว่างระหว่างกัน แต่สําหรับฉันแค่พัก 1 คืน ดังนั้นฉันจึงเพิกเฉยต่อเรื่องนี้ บริการโดยรวมที่ recept นั้นดี & คุ้มค่าเงิน

Isoras Cikarang is thoughtfully designed and operated with Japanese-style standards, offering a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was always polite and welcoming with a warm smile. In addition to a well-equipped gym, the hotel also offers a relaxing hot bath (onsen) for guests.

tidak ada celah, semua oke, hotel baru juga. semua staff bagus dari reception hingga security sudah standar bagus. kamar bagus. hanya 1 yang disayangkan, saluran whatsup & DM IG tidak pernah direspon. padahal lumayan penting untuk customer menentukan pilih fox atau hotel lain.

This is the hotel where I stayed for a week during a business trip. First, the sound of water running through the pipes was very loud, the cleaning seemed very sloppy, and it appeared they charged more for on-site payment than for online booking. The towels were very old and worn out, so they urgently needed replacing.

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

booking dg request kamar smooking tapi mas resepsionis bilang smoking room habis, sampe kamar ternyata pintu macet gabisa dibuka. perlu perbaikan tim engineering dulu, request move room infonya adanya hanya kamar connecting. okelah nunggu buat diperbaiki, setelah selesai semua masuk kamar ternyata sabun dikamar mandi habis ngga di refil. udah kesekian kalinya kesini tapi waktu periode inap saat itu aja yg sangat mengecewakan. awal awal biasa aja.

The hotel was clean, though a bit damp, and the breakfast wasn’t particularly special. Still, considering the price, it offered great value overall. I appreciated the tidy rooms and friendly service, even if a few details could be improved.
