Hhenry handokotidak ada celah, semua oke, hotel baru juga. semua staff bagus dari reception hingga security sudah standar bagus. kamar bagus. hanya 1 yang disayangkan, saluran whatsup & DM IG tidak pernah direspon. padahal lumayan penting untuk customer menentukan pilih fox atau hotel lain.

GguestwomanIt will be a long review for this hotel.
Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. There are also convenient stores. The reception area is nice. Bed is comfortable. Aircond was warm even at the lowest temperature. A colleague in another room said the same. Breakfast spread was okay but some food was going bad. I pointed it out on the first morning. The same thing happened the next day. The vegetables in the salad bar were mushy and smelling like it was rotten. The full boiled egg for the noodle soup also tasted spoilt.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel bagus dekat dengan jalan raya mudah akses, banyak makanan kalau malam hari fasilitas kolam renang gabung sama waterboom + nya banyak permainan air, - nya ramai karena bisa untuk umum tidak privasi pengunjung hotel, sarapan enak cukup lengkap tempat kecil jadi tidak cukup dan saat sarapan banyak yg sudah habis tidak ada refill lagi

IIS28Nice serviced apartments with good location. The apartment is connected to the hotel and provides basic facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Overall was a nice experience. The breakfast and minimarket are the only matters that fell short of my expectation for such accommodation.
