cafการเข้าพักที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ! ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดพร้อมแชมพูเจลอาบน้ําและครีมนวด เครื่องปรับอากาศนั้นแข็งแกร่งมาก ชักโครกและแรงดันฝักบัวที่ดี พวกเขายังอนุญาตให้เราเช็คเอาท์ล่วงเวลาเนื่องจากไม่จําเป็นต้องใช้ห้องในวันถัดไป ชื่นชมสระว่ายน้ําขนาดดีมาก ไอน้ําและซาวน่าก็น่ารักและร้อนมากเช่นกัน เราไม่ได้กินอาหารเช้า แต่พื้นที่ดูใหญ่มาก มันอยู่ติดกับสนามเช่ารถ Select สนามกีฬา Madejski พร้อมที่จอดรถในสถานที่

Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience.

ผู้เข้าพักCheck-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their ”old system” and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child!
That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times.
The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it.
Breakfast was excellent.

raffzThe staff is friendly and polite. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Newbury and closer to Thatcham, the location isn’t too bad. There are even public transport links, with a bus stop outside on the line that connects Newbury to Reading. I haven’t tried the food yet, as it seemed a bit expensive to me. However, there’s a pub nearby that serves excellent food. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

EllebelleI had a very nice 2 night stay. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, from the shower temperature and pressure, to good wifi. The staff was friendly, available and efficient. Unfortunately I did not have time for breakfast which was included, so cannot talk of that, but it was just a 13 min walk to a shoppmall with a big supermarket. There was a big car park, if you drive, but I came by bus from Reading Railway Station and found it a short walk from the stop on arrival and for returning to Reading the bus stop was just in front of the hotel.

The over cleanliness of the hotel was pretty poor, hallways were beat up and in need of repair, the sheets were stained and there was dust everywhere. Especially dirty window seals and cigarette burns on the bedside table. The first night the adjacent rooms were arguing and playing loud music until 5am, the second night it was more quiet but the hallways smelt of ******** and every half hour or so someone was throwing stuff about in their room.
It has the potential to be an outstanding stay, the staff were fine and coping well with what they have. it’s a shame the people in the area let it down. Missed breakfast so I could get some sleep once everyone had settled down before having to check out and travel again.
