FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อSauberes und zentrales Hotel (750 m zum Zentrum) mit gutem WLAN. Badezimmer mit Duschproblemen. Ein sehr seltenes Design bei den Hähnen . Nur bei einer bestimmten Stellung kommt kein Wasser mehr. Ich hatte eine kleine Überschwemmung, die glücklicherweise verschwand. Hatte mehrmals einen Schock mit kaltem Wasser. Bequemes Bett ohne normale Nachttische. Die Bar neben dem Eingang öffnet um elf. Foto zeigt Willkommenswasser.

La colazione, superlativa. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Il caffè. Possibilità di scegliere diverse cialde con la macchina Nespresso.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

ผผู้เข้าพักI was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Occidental Murcia. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
The only downside was the pool, which is small and has limited space for sunbathing. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent.
I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay again!
