Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Location is ideal for visiting most of the historical sites. Asked for a single room and it was fine for me though the bath was small. Ample breakfast. Car parking next door. Cafateria is part of the hotel and is open all day with friendly staff. Tourist office opposite

Sauberes und zentrales Hotel (750 m zum Zentrum) mit gutem WLAN. Badezimmer mit Duschproblemen. Ein sehr seltenes Design bei den Hähnen . Nur bei einer bestimmten Stellung kommt kein Wasser mehr. Ich hatte eine kleine Überschwemmung, die glücklicherweise verschwand. Hatte mehrmals einen Schock mit kaltem Wasser. Bequemes Bett ohne normale Nachttische. Die Bar neben dem Eingang öffnet um elf. Este año podíamos viajar después de 2 años y regrese en Semana Santa. Hotel muy limpio. Personal muy amable y te facilitan cualquier información. En 15 minutos caminando estas en el centro y bus en la misma puerta. Teletrabaje algún día y el wifi es una pasada de rápido. Calidad precio excelente.

บวก: โรงแรมมี ”บรรยากาศเก่า” ที่สวยงาม พื้นที่ทั่วไปส่วนใหญ่ที่ชั้น 1 (ที่เราพัก) ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าตกแต่งได้บรรยากาศมาก ตัวห้องพักในโรงแรมก็ใช้กับ ”ทรงกลม” ด้วย ลิฟต์อยู่ในสถานที่ ที่จอดรถฟรีริมถนน การเชื่อมต่อรถรางที่ยอดเยี่ยมไปยังใจกลางกรานาดา (20 นาที) ร้านอาหารเช้า/กลางวันที่ดีข้างโรงแรม! การปรับปรุง: น่าเสียดายที่ในห้องของเรามีหน้าต่างสูงเท่านั้นที่ไม่มีวิว ไม่มีโคมไฟในโคมไฟเตียง มีแต่ไฟขนาดใหญ่ในห้อง ห้องน้ํามีปัญหากับเชื้อราใน Kitnadens ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องใหญ่มาก และฉันหวังว่าจะมีบางอย่างเกิดขึ้นในไม่ช้า! ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับหลังบาร์เช็คเอาท์ เราเก็บนาฬิกาสองครั้งและรอสักพัก จากนั้นก็วางกุญแจผ่านล็อคในจอ (ได้จัดชําระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว)

Stayed a couple of nights during the Romans festival. The hotel is very calm, and the reception staff is very helpful. The elevators don't keep you waiting. The rooms are adequate size rather than grand but are clean and everything worked. Breakfast has loads of choice and provides a nice relaxing start to the day. Our Mercedes could not fit into the hotel parking elevator, so it was parked round the corner in the publico, no bother. Hotel provides a discount voucher (€34 for 2 nights). Hotel location is fantastic for everything. Our friend with mobilty issues got on really well. There was some noise outside with street cleaning activity early morning. Tea and coffee, kettle provided and an iron board and hairdryer. Very pleasant stay.
