The hotell was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and accomodating to any queries we had. When ordering Waimai online, a robot dropped the food right to the door. When we checked out, the hotel staff drove us to.the train station. We will certainly book again if we are in Yueyang in the future.

This hotel is close to the railway station, just a short walk away. Their rooms were good and clean. The service was exceptional and the staff was very nice and caring. I did not have charger, the hotel staff provided me with that. Also any kind of service was all time available and the staff was very willing to help. Nice place will stay again if nearby.

We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, but one had a very strong smoking smell. Staff offered us to change room, but the replacement room smelled had the same problem. The entire corridor from the room to lift also smelled like smoke. Reasonable price, big room, staff was very friendly to help, except the smell.

The hotel is located very near the railway station (not the one for fast trains) and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Yueyang tower (40 min by walk). Room are spacious and clean. The room service is efficient, and kind. I have found a hand-written welcome message accompanied by snack and fresh fruits. Breakfast included Chinese and some western food. Near the lobby there is also an ATM, a bar, and a few restaurants. Overall, Yueyang hotel is a place I would warmly recommend if you plan a stay in this city.

This is quite a decent hotel in town, however, its not really a pedestrain street. We are happy with the hotel and the food in the restaurant is good. The best thing we like about this hotel is they have the bathroom slippers all sanitised and wrapped up. We also like the set up in our room represents great value and the mini bar is free.
