I love the china style and cultural aesthetic . Its the reason why im taken. Free and smart washing machine to use. Smart wash 30mins , auto detergent. Free dryer 10mins. Check-in process felt weird. 2 front desks staff and cleaner were so peculiar about our whereabouts like they never seen foreigners. Asked where we are from after recieving our passports, why we come?, where we enter country from when they have our passports, cleaner asked her staffs ” they are not locals?” Stare at us because we were conversing english to my friend. Amenities is good. A little difficult to locate on didi. Quiet , beautiful and smooth. The hotel provides rental free on many items and my charger head. Very helpful and usher.

As the hotel was new, the room was really clean. It was big and spacious. Even had a seating area. Front desk didn't speak any English but we got by with our broken chinese. The location wasn't best but it was near the HeTou Old Street, which was the highlight of our trip. To get to either train station or other attractions it took 20min on the taxi. There was hardly any obvious restaurants or convenience stores nearby. The only downside to the room was the shower was open. Not semi closed off like they advertised. Water splashed everywhere. I would stay here again just because we'd be coming back for the old street. There was many things to see there and we didnt get to see them all.
