百侯山庄 is truly a gem addition to the town. The property is very well maintained, peaceful and tranquil. Everyone from front office, kitchen, security and housekeeping are like family and we had many lovely conversations with them. Special thanks to the chef for our daily breakfast who cooked up all the lovely Hakka dishes and even treated us to a special one on our last day. The climb to the top of the hill at the back of the property is well recommended if you have the stamina as the view is beautiful. Location wise is ideal as 百侯镇 is just across the road as well as 田园农庄 around 600m up from the right of the property serves very tasty Hakka food definitely worth the walk up. Overall our trip back to the ancestral hometown has been made perfect with our stay here. Just want to say thank you to all the staff at 百侯山庄 for making this a complete and memorable trip! (and kisses for the residential dog 绒绒)

半夜到的酒店，位置非常好找，高速下來沒多久就到了。接待的美女小姐姐很耐心，因為帶了孩子，諸多問題一一回復和解答。房間的裝潢很温馨，鏡子很大，有小夜燈設計，方便起夜上廁所。早餐很豐富，東西也很好吃，粥熬得特別好。出門的時候掃了停車券，可以免費停車。下次如果來，還住全季。

設施：隔音很差很差，玻璃是單層的，過年鞭炮聲很大很大，到凌晨都有，複式房間沒有吊頂，屋頂和隔壁房間通的，隔壁的燈光會透過來（圖三），並且隔壁説話聲一清二楚，私隱性比較差 衞生：衞生挺乾淨的，清潔服務也不錯 環境：新開業的裝修很漂亮，就在景點裏麪，江邊很漂亮，生活也很便利 服務：很贊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming and impeccably maintained hotel. The cleanliness and overall ambiance of the establishment were truly impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I was particularly pleased with the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness significantly enhanced my stay. Each team member demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed. The amenities and facilities offered were of a high standard, contributing to a restful and enjoyable experience. Given my excellent experience, I am delighted to say that I will most certainly choose to stay here again when I return to Meizhou. This hotel undoubtedly exemplifies quality hospitality and attention to detail, making it a highly recommended choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking comfort and exemplary service.

The hotel had its name changed & its different than the notice emailed to me from Trip.com as per photo attached. So we were confused if we were at the wrong hotel. Trip.com should be updated with any changes and send the right information to clients. Breakfast was very simple & u can do without it. However, the bed was spacious & very nice to sleep in. Although there's laundry, it can only dry your clothes only 30% dry because the washing machine is for home use not commercial. You're expected to bring your wet clothes back to your room to air dry it. We had another day so we could lay our clothes on the sofa & tables to dry. If you're staying only for 1 night, don't do laundry!

เราพักที่นี่ระหว่างทริปวันหยุดยาววันแรงงาน ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย มีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ จึงไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถ การได้ห้องพักแบบนี้ในเมืองเล็กๆ ถือว่าดีมาก ห้องพักได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่และทันสมัยมาก มีเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ ห้องน้ำก็กว้างขวางมาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีฟิตเนสให้ใช้ฟรี แม้ว่าอุปกรณ์จะมีจำกัด แต่ก็ถือว่าหาได้ยาก และยังมีห้องซักรีดด้วย แม้ว่าจะระบุว่าต้องสั่งผ่านการสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ด แต่จริงๆ แล้วใช้ได้ฟรี

Not suitable for non-smokers. Walkway and rooms with strong smoking smell. Not suitable for light sleepers. No soundproofing or management of noisy, inconsiderate guests who gathered in room and talk loudly at night. Parking is limited. Care needed when driving as hotel is next to a school with many school kids or people gathered at hotel entrance or parking area. Reception is welcoming with good service attitude. Rooms are clean and spacious with disposable towels and toiletries provided. Location is good at central area. Eateries and shops within walking distance

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
