I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything well kept and tidy. The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness to help — they made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel also offers convenient laundry service, which was a big plus during my trip. The small gym has three treadmills, ideal for maintaining a quick fitness routine while traveling. A pleasant experience overall, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The location is not very far from Shashi Airport( 20-25 min taxi ride). The railway station is also equally well accessible. We were on a business trip with meetings and early morning travel so we could not check out their food. But it seemed not very expensive. The cleanliness is good. They also have a laundry area. The front desk staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location near lots of restaurants and the landmark Yusha square. The room is beautiful. The clean lady is very helpful. The morning buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and local specialities, which are so tasty. Particularly, the front desk Zhang, Ren and Zhu are so warm and friendly. They kindly helped address our requests promptly.

You honestly won’t be expecting this attentive super B customer service from this hotel, really on par and even better than 5 star hotels. Receptionist was so kind, polite sweet, and ready to help when I needed help with booking a car to the airport, she handled my baggages with so much care and sent me off to my car (which she didn’t had to however she insisted out of good will). Didn’t manage to get her name, sweet lady with spectacles and tied up hair. I came by and sat in the lobby twice and was served with a drink politely. The lobby looks super IG post worthy, room was the same as described and advertised. If I’d ever come here again, this is my to stay hotel. Thanks for having me.

第一次入住荊州萬楓酒店，客房體驗超出預期，整體乾淨整潔，衞生細節做得十分到位。房間是簡約原木風裝修，空間寬敞通透，佈局合理，睡眠區、洗漱區、辦公區劃分清晰，行李箱能完全平鋪。床品柔軟親膚，枕頭軟硬適中，空調靜音效果好，一覺睡到天亮。衞生間乾濕分區，花灑水壓穩定，洗漱用品品質在線。房間配備負離子凈化器、全身鏡，迷你吧的四款飲品也是全部免費，入住還贈送了新鮮的歡迎水果。全屋打掃細緻，角落無灰塵，布草潔白無異味，梯控電梯安全性高。24小時熱水穩定，燈光設計柔和，商旅出差伏案辦公也很舒適。硬件保養很新，住得安心舒心，強烈推薦追求乾淨舒適客房的朋友。也要感謝前台小葉的貼心服務，有任何問題都能及時幫忙處理。

步行到賓陽樓古城衹需幾百米，非常方便！我們到了很晚，前台服務人員很熱心，推薦的餐廳不錯！荊州魚糕！老闆和善！酒店早餐很豐富！不錯👍下次來還會選擇！！
