จองโรงแรมนี้เกินความคาดหมายมาก มีบริการเสริมมากมาย และรีวิวก็จริง มีทั้งพ่อบ้าน น้ำชายามบ่าย บริการถ่ายภาพ ค็อกเทล อาหารเช้า ของที่ระลึก... ฉันเลือกมาวันธรรมดาเป็นพิเศษในวันเปิดเทอมวันแรก ได้ห้องที่อัปเกรดแล้วและที่ชาร์จแบตฟรีในโรงรถ ซึ่งดีมากจริงๆ วิวจากห้องอาหารชั้น 11 สวยงามมาก และวิวจากระเบียงห้องก็สวยไม่แพ้กัน ฉันจะกลับมาพักอีกและให้คะแนน 5 ดาว (o^^o) ชายหาดอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน ซึ่งสะดวกมากสำหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่มาเล่นน้ำทะเล หวังว่าการบริการของโรงแรมจะคงเดิม และอย่าได้เย่อหยิ่งเกินไป

I stayed at Regal Palace Resort with my girlfriend and her family, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience especially as a place to spend proper downtime together rather than just a quick hotel stay. The hotel itself is impressive in scale. It has that classic luxury resort feel big open spaces, landscaped grounds, and a slightly grand, almost old-school style. It’s not ultra modern, but it feels established and well put together, which actually suited the atmosphere of a family trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and importantly, clean. Nothing overly flashy, but everything worked as it should. When you’re staying with family, that matters more than design trends everyone was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. What stood out most for me was the environment. It’s quite peaceful, especially compared to busier city hotels. Walking around the grounds, sitting outside, or just spending time by the pool felt like a proper break. It’s the kind of place where you can actually switch off a bit. Since I was there with my girlfriend’s family, the overall vibe of the hotel worked really well. It’s definitely more suited to groups, families, or longer stays rather than a quick one night business stop. There’s enough space and facilities that everyone can do their own thing without it feeling crowded. Food was decent good variety, and easy to find something for everyone, which again is important when you’re with a group. Service was solid too staff were polite and helpful, even with the language barrier at times. If I had to be critical, parts of the hotel could probably do with a bit of updating. You can tell it’s been around for a while, and in some areas it shows slightly. But it didn’t take away from the experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.

這次去雙月灣入住這家美宿體驗感超棒！被女朋友誇了[得意]。美宿地理位置極佳，坐落雙月灣情人堤邊黃金海岸線，在房間陽台就能將碧海藍天盡收眼底。房間設計很有特色。床品舒服。仿如置身於地中海。樓頂泳池設計更是別出心裁，視野開闊，是看落日的絕佳點位，傍晚在這裏游泳彷彿遊進了晚霞裏。美宿還是免費的旅拍服務，在這裏拍照超級出片。設施完善，一樓有洗衣乾衣服務。早餐也豐富，還可以免費停車。尤其適合情侶度假。性價比很高，這次入住體驗遠超預期，真心推薦給所有來海邊放鬆的朋友們，絕對不會失望！

設施：還可以，能滿足日常需要 衞生：床品都乾淨的 環境：下樓不遠就是海灘，還有很多吃的 服務：管家一直在線，隔一會東西就送到了 總體來説這邊的這個價格還是可以的

Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options both western & Chinese. All the food was delicious! Rooms were spacious & tastefully decorated. Soft bath towels & robes. Ocean view rooms & great amenities. There are 3 pools and a private beach area, the hotel provides a shuttle down to the beach. Excellent service.

About clean - all furniture ; shelf, cupboard, kitchen and etc… was clean but except floor, the floor was very dusty, was disgusting to walk barefoot, we were need to wear flip-flops ☹️ everywhere ver you go in the room, was pretty inconvenient

Hello! The hotel was good. I liked the big spacious room and design of a balcony. It really felt good and I had a full taste of 180 view. I also liked the separation of bath/toilet from the main space. It was handled good. The view is fantastic also. However the hotel was prettt old and tired. It needs its renovation, at least a cosmetic one. Also, they don’t have delivery robots and they don’t allow couriers in. And you need to go downstairs for each delivery…where it’s stored on a small corner table at reception. Staff was nice and friendly but not super helpful as you would expect from a 5* hotel.
