One of my German clients stayed at Wanda Realm Heshan and insisted that I help forward his five-star review to the hotel. Here is his review: ”Die Übernachtung im Wanda Realm Heshan war fantastisch! Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach hervorragend Englisch – meine Fragen wurden immer umgehend beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit internationalen und lokalen Speisen, alles frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht toll. Eine tolle Wahl für Geschäftsreisen oder Urlaub – ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter!”

Staying at the hotel with my kid was an absolute delight! We were on the second floor, and the laundry room with combined washing and drying functions was also located there, which was incredibly convenient. The lobby even offered a simple afternoon tea with coffee and snacks. The overall experience was perfect!The staff were extremely thoughtful—they noticed we had a baby stroller and kindly upgraded us to a spacious room upon check-in. The bed linens in the room were clean and soft, and every detail was perfectly tailored for families traveling with children. The bathroom featured a wet-dry separation design with a steady supply of hot water, making it really easy to bathe the baby. It was just a few minutes' walk to the nearby Jianmei Square Supermarket, so taking the kid out for a stroll was totally hassle-free. The hotel offered great value for money, and the parking lot was really spacious too. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip, and highly recommend it to all friends traveling with kids!

這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦！首先位置很便利，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。酒店設施很新，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品軟硬適中，睡得很舒服。特別要點贊前台的小姐姐，服務熱情周到，辦理入住還送了歡迎茶水，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。下次來這邊還會選這家！”

The rooms are really big and the Aircon is very cold. The layout of the shower toilet is very weird. I had to dress up Infront of the main door. Smokers usually smoke near the elevator and smoke sticks to carpet along hall way. It is good thd rooms have a removable carpet. Towels are torn and not much channels to watch on tv. internet is weak.

The bathroom should cleaner, especially the shower cabin. There were a continously strange noise ,coming from the corridor

説走就走的旅行，入住已種草多年的度假酒店。我們訂的是秀湖湖景房，房間不在酒店大堂，在入口處，辦完手續要走一段路。推開房間，就被陽台外的紫薇花吸引了，秀麗的湖光水色，非常愜意。游泳要到大堂下面，水質還可以，人不多。早餐品種豐富，點心很好吃，要早點就餐，後面可能人多，加食物可不能不會太及時。晚餐可以在酒店的文華滙吃，價格不貴，出品還可以，就是出菜慢點。

The hotel is ok and the service is good. But I thought it wasn’t so clean. There was no hand soap, only one roll of toilet paper in a twin bed (we were two guests in the same room). However, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is ok.
