For reference I am a Titanium Bonvoy level status member (previously Ambassador level for many years) and Lifetime Gold, as well as a regular global traveler. We also tend to travel regularly to Europe around this time of year (i.e. End of November - start of Christmas market season). Following our first tip to Prague and a pleasant (but delayed) train journey, this was also our first trip to Slovakia and Bratislava specifically and was a personal leisure trip with my spouse and 2yo child. So, of course, this was our first time at this hotel. This was a points redeemed stay for 3 nights but you had to pay the city taxes per night. At the time (Nov 2023) this was about 10 Euros per night. It is a great to report that this was a very good stay from check-in to check-out, and as with so many Marriott properties outside the US, the service and overall experience was so much better than in the US. Check-In - So while we had not communicated at all with the hotel prior to arrival beyond the reservation request notes, and mobile check-in details, the hotel had actually paid attention to what we put in there. So I noticed in the app prior to arrival (and confirmed at arrival), we had been upgraded to a suite (called an ”apartment” by the front desk staff). This was on the corner on their second highest floor. This hotel is attached to a mall complex and was perfectly quiet throughout. They had the crib setup for us in the room in advance as well, although no baby bedding. (we did ask for this after checking in but they didn't really have anything beyond the cover for mattress). The check in agent was good, and ensured all perks were given Room - As stated above we were upgraded to a suite, which was more of a large loft setup with a bedroom area, a lounge area, a very spacious bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Room was well appointed, modern and super spacious. The welcome gift was nice touch and the turn down service 3 Toblerones was very good too along with the 2 waters per day. Housekeeping responded to requests promptly. The bed was spacious king sige and very comfortable and they organized two additional contour firm pillows. The crib was standard. . The Bathroom had plenty of counter space, and a separate bath and shower at either end. Shower pressure was decent. The closet was massive, with so much extra space to keep stuff organized. The room had great USB options at the bedside as well. Lounge - The lounge was 7am - 11pm and had a modest amount of offerings thoughout the day but was professionally setup but rarely staffed. (The breakfast benefit was in the hotel buffet restaurant and was pretty good) General Notes - Location is decent and is about a 15-20 min pleasant walk right into the main square of Bratislava (and where a lot of the Christmas market festivities are). It was attaced to a very large mall, that we never visited, and also close to tram stops, and the main bus station. The main train station is about a 10-15

I couldn't fault the staff and ease of check in/out. All very pleasant saying hello or goodbye every time we passed. I loved the location as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. A minute walk to Blue Church and very close to some good restaurants and the Nivy bus station, a 15 minute walk. It's about half an hour walk from the train station. ( Bus 61 from airport to train station €1.20 each for a 30 minute ticket. Journey takes approx 20 minutes. Buy tickets from yellow ticket machine at bus stop and validate the ticket when you get on the bus) We had some great daytrips on Flixbus to Vienna and Brno. So very conveniently located It was also good value for money. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but you could pay around €11.60 each They did have a fridge near reception with drinks and snacks. I was happy with the location of the room as it is described as an internal room. It was relativity quiet. No street noise. Maybe the odd noisy resident but they are on holiday. Not a problem at all. It does look like the hotel owners are slowly trying to modernise the place as the private bathroom / toilet was clean and the shower was adequate with plenty of hot water and modern flooring there was a hairdryer, soap and towels. ROOM 101 The room had a TV with local tv channels. There was an option for Netflix which we came across by accident so if you have an account you might be able to watch Netflix. We didn't bother. There was a kettle with cups, glasses and a couple of sachets of coffee./ green tea. A unit with hangers (not really a wardrobe) but it was OK and a chest of drawers in the hallway against a locked door. I do like a fridge which was clean and a bonus as I wasn't expecting the room to have a fridge. The main bedroom itself seemed large enough until you tried to get into the double bed ( two singles pushed together) Old tired divans. This room might be better as a twin room with two single beds against the wall, left side /radiator, the other, with one bedside cabinet in the middle of the two beds with one lamp. This would give enough room to get in and out of each bed more comfortably. The absolute worst thing was the carpet! It is old and filthy with threads exposed. It needs ripping up and nice flooring laid, similar to that in the bathroom would be lovely. It was filthy behind the fridge, the edges under the radiator and worst of all was under the bed! I've never seen so much dust/ filth in a hotel room before. Maybe because there just isn't enough room down the right hand side of the bed to clean properly! It's inaccessible! The pillows and quilts were also stained but I only saw this when I took the covers off just to help the cleaners before we checked out. I know they say you get what you pay for but I've slept in cleaner youth hostels I have still given it 4 stars because of all the other good points. Staff /location. The carpets can be replaced or at least deep cleaned.. Don'

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากเพราะอยู่ใจกลางเมืองมากและสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่โดยที่ไม่ต้องใช้รถสาธารณะ นอกนั้นไม่มีบวกอะไรมากมายที่จะพูดเพราะห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก(แต่สะอาดและมีทุกอย่างที่อาจต้องประกอบอาหารง่ายๆ) และผนังบางจนได้ยินเสียงอะไรเกิดขึ้นในห้องข้างๆ, และไม่ใช่แค่นั้น วันเสาร์เรานอนไม่หลับเกือบทั้งคืนเพราะเป็นกลุ่มคนตัดสินใจเมาและไม่สนใจที่จะเก็บเงียบ(ถึงจะไม่ได้หลังจากแฟนมาเคาะประตูบอกพวกเค้าว่าเรากําลังพยายามนอนนี่ก็ประมาณตี1 00 น. แล้ว พวกเค้าก็คุยกันตะโกนใส่จนเกือบ 2 ทุ่มกว่า ในที่สุดก็ตัดสินใจออกไปดื่มต่อ) เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นเราได้เล่าให้ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับทราบและเธอบอกว่าเธอเสียใจจริงๆ และเธอจะคุยกับผู้จัดการของเธอเพื่อที่จะให้ส่วนลดในการเข้าพักของเราเพื่อชดเชย เสียดายที่นั่นเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่เราเจอน้องคนนั้น(เราพักอีก 3 คืน และเธอถามเลขห้องและติดต่อเรา) และเราไม่เคยได้ยินจากที่พักจนถึงวันนี้ สุดท้ายดูเหมือนพวกเขาจะเสียใจคุณแต่พวกเขาไม่สนใจหรือใส่ใจในงานของพวกเขาจริงๆ พอผมแจ้งให้ทราบเรื่อง early check out ของเรา พวกเขาก็ขอให้ผมจ่ายค่าบริการเพราะไม่ทราบว่าผมขอearly check out และ ไม่ใช่การเช็คอินก่อนเวลา! อีกโอกาสหนึ่งที่เราต้องให้คนเข้าไปเนื่องจากได้มีการโทรไปขอเบอร์เพื่อเปิดประตูให้มาหลายนาทีแต่ไม่มีคนอยู่ตรง reception พอผู้หญิงมาถึงในที่สุดเราก็เห็นสิ่งที่ทําให้เธอไม่รับสายคือเธอเป็น ทําชาให้ตัวเองสักถ้วย(หรืออะไรก็ตามที่เธอดื่ม..) แน่นอน เค้าสามารถปรับปรุงทักษะพนักงานได้เมื่อจัดการกับคนและอาจจะพยายามดูไม่ถูกแขกรบกวนมากนักเพราะต้องขัดจังหวะการโทรส่วนตัวหรือเพราะต้องการเครื่องดื่มของเค้า ไม่ใช่ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่น่าประทับใจและเราจะไม่กลับไปที่นั่นในครั้งต่อไปที่ Bratislava!

La struttura è centralissima, situata vicino la porta di San Michele e dalla struttura puoi girare il centro a piedi. L'appartamento è arredato molto bene, c'è la cucina dotata di tutto, lavatrice, bollitore, asse e ferro da stiro, bagno con asciugacapelli e dispenser con sapone e bagnoschiuma. Il personale alla reception è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo usufruito dell'upgrade avendo prenotato con Expedia, quindi abbiamo avuto una camera più grande e ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di spumante. Cambiano i teli dopo 2 notti. Consigliato!

I arrived late in the evening and the owner (Rado) welcomed me personally while giving me recommendations what I can do and where to eat in the city. The rooms and facilities were very clean and invited me to stay in the common room and talk with the other guests. What I particularly liked about the hostel was its central location in the city, with the tram stop in front of the hostel, two supermarkets nearby, and the train and bus stations within a 20-minute walking distance. The hostel also offers a bike to explore the surroundings of Bratislava. I can only recommend to go to the nature a bit outside the city. The owner is very happy to give tips on where and how to make the most of your stay. All in all, I highly recommend the hostel and the city. I really enjoyed my stay there and will be back soon!

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists, close to the castle and the old town. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at check-in. The line of guests was very long and it took forever. However, I don't want to blame the staff for this, there were just too few of them, the planning seems to be bad.The rooms are good, not completely without flaws, but okay. On a positive note, there is a well stocked minibar, which doesn't happen very often anymore. The cleaning staff also does a really good job! The service in the bar is ok, but the cocktails are ridiculously small. A small but well-equipped wellness area adds to the comfort. In short, I think the hotel offers good value for money and I would book it again.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

Yes, in my opinion this is 3* hotel but it is great. Some ten minutes walk from the city center, so location is ideal, hotel staff are kind and professional, room is more than big and clean enough and bathroom too. I am very satisfied with this hotel and i can highly recommend it.
