The parking lot was way to small. It was old and outdated. I knew I didnt want to stay the second we pulled in. My husband said lets just give it a try. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Thats about the only good thing. We checked in ,opened our door the room wasn't even cleaned yet. We got a refund and left. Wouldn't even consider staying again

This hotel picks and chooses who can stay. If someone stays temporarily in Branson and wants to stay here later, this hotel will deny people who stayed previously in Branson to stay at their hotel. Then if you pay online, they will say you will get a refund in 8 to 10 days but you will never get a refund. This is a very bad reflection of Branson hospitatility.

Pleasant check-in. Easy access to the room. Bed extremely comfortable and shower terrific. What an unbelievable value!!

I don't know what was bigger, the check in ladies fake eye lashes, or her attitude, and her eye lashes were easily visible from 100 yards away. It was going to be our new go to hotel, but she's just so damn rude we'll never be back. Every time I dealt with her I was blown away how much of an attitude she has. I've stayed at many, many hotels, never have I had such a bad experience worth the front desk woman. Normally I'd say lady, but there's nothing ladylike about this one. I think her attitude was bigger than the hotel itself.

Room was clean, comfy and service was great. Amazing priced. Great stay for price and shorter time. I was there for 5 nights and my Only complaints are WiFi was terrible. Had to leave the room to do any work. Dogs next door barking and I had to go drive or walk to office to borrow blow dryer and then again to return it

This was rented late in the evening after having issues with the hotel we booked originally. The front desk was nice and helpful. No toiletries were provided but things were clean, had a fridge and microwave, bed was nice and comfy

If you're looking for a safe affordable no-frills pet-friendly spot. This is a gem. The staff was accommodating and nice. The property was in good condition. The room was clean. The sheets were smooth. All for an affordable price.

Shower curtain smelled sour. But over all for the price- you get what you pay for. I don’t want a fancy motel just a neat place to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

If you want a nice clean place to stay at a reasonable price this is the place for you. The front desk service was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. it's close to downtown and easy to find!
