The female receptionist was amazing and very friendly. Customer service 10/10.. unfortunately, the room was a disaster with bathroom leaking.. had to wait 2 hours for towels and I had to go downstairs get them.. will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone..

I can't believe how come this garbage hotel still runing it should be shutdown by the city I have never seen a kind of dirty stinky place our plane was for six night it end out with one night that was a nigh**are the bed smile a pet urine coildn't sleep ...please find another pls but not this one..my mistake was that I didn'T CHECK THE REVIEWS so don't be stupid like me .
