When I checked in, there was no record of my reservation. By mistake, they gave my original room to someone else. I was double charged for the stay because it showed up on my phone. I asked about that and was told they charge per night as opposed to the total charge. I will be disputing the extra charges when my credit card bill comes. I asked for a receipt and was told the printer wasn't working but when I checked out, I asked for a receipt and got it. I was put on the "3rd floor" but in reality it was the 2nd floor. The door had no additional latch lock. I ended up putting the luggage stand with my luggage in front of the door. The room had no desk or table or chair. I had to use the ironing board as a table to eat. By the look of the ironing board cover, others have done the same thing. The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The TV got very few channels even though they had Direct TV. I used my phone's Hotspot because I didn't trust the hotel's Wifi. There were so many cosmetic issues. The light switches were reversed. Down was ON. The shower corners need to be grouted. The toilet paper roll was BEHIND the door, so you had to reach over to get access it. The refrigerator and microwave were clean, which I greatly appreciated. There was a huge hole in the parking lot, which needs to be repaved. Overall, the hotel served its purpose as a "pit stop" and a central location while I did local sightseeing and traveled to NY.
