We literally were greeted with shouting, slander, & prejudice from the moment we stepped our feet from the taxi before even entering the hotel (She literally LOCKED the doors of the hotel so we wouldn’t enter holding part of the family inside the hotel) Long story: This is a story of how prejudice and prejudgment is a no-no when you run a business. The crazy story starts like this; We’re two families of 8, 4 of us will stay at this ill-fated hotel, the other 4 of us (including me) staying at a different hotel. The 4 family members booked 2 rooms for 4 guests at this hotel. The lovely hostess made it clear via multiple emails with threatening tone that the hotel will not accommodate more than 4 guests. all 8 of us were very aware of that. We couldn’t find a taxi that fit 4 persons with the luggage so we decided to split, 3 person with the luggage in one taxi and a second taxi for our elderly mother accompanied by me (Mind you I’m staying at another hotel and have NO interest in staying in this hotel whatsoever. I was just a company). The first taxi arrived to the hotel with the 3 family members before we did, They entered the hotel, dropped the luggage and went to take a look at the rooms. 5 minutes later our taxi arrived, the very first moment we stepped our feet out of the taxi this lovely bigoted hostess decided in the most barbaric way to POUNCE out of the hotel and start screaming at us as if we were criminals saying “I KNEW YOU WERE FIVE GUESTS NOT FOUR, DO NOT HIDE, I CAN SEE YOU, YOUR TRICK HAS BEEN EXPOSED, YOU ALWAYS DO THIS” Hinting at Arabs. To make things worse, her little racist head didn’t think to take a deep breath and ask why 5 people showed up at her most desirable luxurious-exclusive-7-stars hotel, no, she didn’t do that. She thought it was a good idea to immediately without even hearing 1 word from us to LOCK the door of her little hotel holding the 3 family members hostage inside the hotel and then she started attacking them and shouting at them that we are frauds. I REPEAT SHE LOCKED THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL SCREAMING HYSTERICALLY AT THE 3 FAMILY MEMBERS INSIDE WHILE THEY WERE SO CONFUSED AND SCARED. I was anxious trying to open the door to rescue the rest of the family from this crazy lady, god knows what her racist mind would do. I can hear her howling hysterically at them from outside the LOCKED hotel. I started shouting that she made a wrong assumption and I (the 5th person) will not staying at her hotel. She finally realised it was dumb to lock the door and opened it. She calmed afterwards and tried to deescalated her racist prejudgment actions and gave a wonderful fake apology which was not accepted. I explained to the lovely prejudiced hostess that the family don’t feel safe after her aggressive behaviour and demanded a refund. She refused. We left immediately witho
