Great room, very clean. The check in was fine & we received the room book however the price was a higher than advertsed on *******. It seems it changed as we booked. We like the pool it was clean & warm just wish it was larger.

The rooms were clean and no musty damp smells in the bathroom. The staff was nice as well. Great stay, I will be back.

We noticed that the toilet wasnt flushing properly. We removed the lid to the tank and a towel was shoved in the tank. I removed the towel and water sprayed all over the bathroom. We put the towel back in to stop from flooding the place. Our faucet was also barely running.
I told the front desk when we checked out (problem was noticed at 4am so decided to wait until the am to tell the hotel) about our subpar experience and was told that since i paid online, there was nothing he could do. But now the standard is to book online. I paid $260 for a room that a bathroom didnt work in and was offered no compensation for our inconveniece.

The property was as expected for a Comfort Inn. Stayed here for a competition at the nearby Garnet Rickard rec complex and it was very convenient for that. Lots of restaurants nearby. Always nice to have the microwave and fridge in your room. They had a really good little gym that is better than any hotel i’ve been at. Has cardio machines and dumbbells.
