Located very close to the train station. Gym and swimming pool available for the guest. Good option for the quality and price

趕上電梯維修三個月 大行李箱抬上樓挺費力
房間剛好在餐廳上面，每天晚上音樂崩崩崩到九點半以後，影響睡眠…
千萬別酒店裡吃牛排，披薩還湊合

Bloody awful checked in Wednesday 29th November 2023 after a 6-hour drive from Manchester shattered no heating all night. Got up this morning. My partner went for a shower cold water, no hot. Went to reception to complain told we will look into heating and to run water for 5 - 10 minutes which it did, though we are both over 6ft tall and the shower was broken as it doesn't stay in a fixed position so we are checking out a day before to stay in another hopefully better hotel as its too cold to risk another night's sleep. Not tempting fate to test the food. We've stayed in some hotels, and this Murcure is the worst. If you get the choice, ask if they've a website fancy room pic because if you get room 202, you'll be faced with something, nothing like the pretty website squeaky preteen room!

Our first visit to t he Queens for a 4 night stay in the twin room. We found everything to be just right. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful decor, pool ect lovely. Only suggestion would be more food quantlty on the plate, I still felt hingry after the lamb shank, but the quality is good. Overall we absolutely would recommend this hotel.

Amazing visit to the spa last Friday. Treatments were faultless and girls very professional. Girls looked after us so well and the afternoon tea was stunning. Relaxation area was perfect decorated and music at right level. Overall amazing day spent with friends and will most definitely be back.

I'm very familiar with Hotel, but never had treatment there. Had my Elemis Facial with Justyna ❤️🙏🤩👌 Amazing, relaxing ,very caring but at the same time very professional environment. Thank you Justyna I will be back for sure.!!
