Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field. Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available.
