Centrally located and with parking this is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. The restaurant was good with a more than adequate menu. The breakfast was extensive and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help you.

Received an extremely large portion of sprouts with my meal. Cleaners will often move things around in your room and leave you wondering where things have gotten to for the majority of your holiday. However the rooms are decently sized for the price and the hotel is relatively clean. Not important but not extremely disappointed would consider visiting again if improvements where made

Hotel is very well run excellent reception, very helpful, food was excellent and the dining room staff were brilliant as were the bar staff. Rooms were excellent and always clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. Ideally located for a short walk to town and almost opposite the Therme.

Hotel e camere pulite e confortevoli staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile con reception aperta h247 cibo ottimo e colazione abbondante location straordinariamente comoda perché situata vicino al centro e alle terme in caso uno volesse dello svago alla sera ci sono dei bar e di giorno ci si puó andare a rilassare alla terme ve lo consiglio

Colazione ordinaria, cena con totale assenza di piatti tipici locali e di qualità appena sufficiente, buffet di verdure ridicolo (insalata e sottaceti), personale che ama la musica a tutto volume durante le ore di riposo pomeridiano, camere datate stile anni 60, set di cortesia in bagno inesistente. Non è un 4 stelle.

Personale estremamente gentile e cordiale; hotel in una posizione eccellente per andare alle QC Terme; attenzione anche verso la celiachia (la foto che vedete è di opzioni per la colazione tutte senza glutine); stanze spaziosissime e pulite.

Hotel confortevole e accogliente, ma il mio piu grande apprezzamento va al personale di sala , estremamente cortese e paziente, e soprattutto al maitre ( io sono vegetariana)che ha in ogni modo accolto qualunque mia richiesta e dato piena disponibilità con variazioni al menu.

Esperienza positiva. Personale gentile e disponibile; abbiamo segnalato un problema di lampadina fulminata e letto guasto,li hanno subito sostituiti. Camera quadrupla confortevole, spaziosa e pulita accuratamente, seppure il bagno e l'arredamento sono un po' datati e c'è poca luce artificiale Discreta la qualità e la quantità dei pasti Vicinissimo alle terme comunali e alla fermata della navetta gratuita agli impianti. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi.

Hotel 4 stelle… carino ed accogliente, personale gentile. Purtroppo nesssum servizio dell’hotel di trasposto agli impianti vista la distanza (devi prendere il trasposto pubblico con scarponi e sci), la spa ha una piccola vasca idromassaggio e si paga 8 euro l’ora x entrare max 6 persone, attività e intrattenimento per bambino inesistente, diciamo che i servizi non ci sono per essere un 4 stelle! La parte della ristorazione molto scadente. Molto buona invece l’attenzione per le pulizie, ho trovato tutti gli ambienti sempre ben tenuti e puliti come buono anche la pulizia e sistemazione delle camere.
