When we asked for a clean room, we were offered another dirty room. The shower was so dirty so we didn't use it at all. We went down to the relaxdepartment to take a shower... same there. Those shower had not been cleaned in a looooong time... the hotell staff didn't even check status in our room when we complained nor did they clean it. The breakfast was a discrase. My advice - find another place to stay when you are in Borlänge!

Good location, reasonable price, nice sized rooms. Dated, but nice. The restaurant was no better than average, but the breakfast selections and qualify were good.

I’ve been using this hotel for years, always friendly and helpful. The only complaint is they have moved the reception area near the bar area, you cannot hear anything when talking to the receptionist as it’s too loud especially when theirs a live band on. It’s not good when the receptionist have to wear ear plugs. Wanted ask somethings to the receptionist and gave up.

I can trulyrecommend this establishment for anyone travelling with their dog. Supreme service and fabulous people among the staff. Situated near the railway station as well as main routes. I didn't use the Restaurant Broken Dreams. Seems to be a popular place to meet in Borlänge.

Good location close to train station. A little dated but nice vibe. Very competent and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Also as we had an early departure they provided a breakfast takeaway bag which was lovely.
