I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities.

Very pleasant hotel close to a wide variety of very good restaurants, though not the best option to commute to downtown Bonn. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Tablets in rooms are a nice touch! Only problem is that they seem to have too few irons and boards for the guests.

standard hotel with standard services, neighborhood (Poppelsdorf ) is nice, lots of small shops and bars & restaurants close by. The Botanic Gardens down the street are a must see. Bonn centrum/central train station is 5 minutes by bus or a pleasant 15 minute walk

Nice hotel a short walk/bus ride from the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms that have been refurbished in recent years. Typical buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Only minor issue is the hotel restaurant and bar remains closed, however there are plenty options locally.

The hotel is located in a nice area but thats it. Its dirty, the lift isnt working and the workers dont know english and arent very polite. We got bitten from something in the bed and had to change rooms. It was a big dissapointment and we had to change hotels in the midlle of the trip.

Lovely place to stay at a reasonable price. It is currently undergoing renovations but I am sure when these have been completed it will be even better. There were steps up from the street and I didn’t see a ramp which make it a bit difficult getting heavy bags in but I am sure they have something in place to help customers who need assistance. Good location close to a choice of restaurants and bars as well as being close to the University.

Very convenient and great are for walking. Only downside is tha the elevator was out of service but the staff was able to get us a first floor room. Breakfast was excellent.
