Hotel Terra Bonansa

I cannot rave enough about our experience here. The rooms are lovely and so very comfortable. The food is outstanding. It is truly a gourmet menu and beautifully presented. The couple that runs the hotel is so very kind and helpful. I can highly recommend this property.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. Alejandro and Meribelle were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is beautiful and very calming. We were on a hiking holiday and spent time in the spa each evening after we returned from our walks. Meribelle’s food was superb and Alejandro knew where all the ingredients came from. The wine list is excellent, and again Alejandro could describe the location of each of the wineries. The honesty bar was also very welcome! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Alessandro and Marie-belle were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome. You didn’t feel like you were in a hotel but staying in a friends home. The hotel is in a beautiful location giving you access to lovely hiking areas. Marie-belle’s cooking is excellent also with great packed lunches. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, you will not be disappointed.

Alejandro and Maribel are widely traveled and gracious hosts who have created a wonderful retreat in the small town in which he grew up. Maribel is an amazing cook and Alejandro has a wealth of local information, which is good because one will need to do some hiking to walk off those meals. They use local produce, meat, cheese and wine, and the whole experience is an immersion in beauty and simple elegance of a mountain village.

This hotel was warmly recommended to us by friends who share our interest in great food in beautiful surroundings. It did not disappoint. The welcome was warm, the food, wine and service outstanding, the hotel and the sweet village of Bonansa an oasis of calm. We received each day helpful advice on where to go - hikes, Romanesque churches, lovely villages from our host. A tip: try not to eat any lunch, especially at Spanish lunchtime - with dinners like these, you want to arrive hungry.

Desayuno ecológico, a la carta, y cenas gourmet, todo ello amenizado por una pareja encantadora, culta y siempre pendiente de nosotros, repetiré seguro. P

El mimo se percibe en cada elemento, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajado. Desde la llegada, Alejandro y Maribel, son los perfectos anfitriones que consiguen crear un ambiente sosegado y familiar, con una comunicación fluida en la que tratan de conocerte para favorecer la estancia, atender los gustos culinarios y las actividades a proponer. Ocupamos una de las cuatro habitaciones, amplia, confortable, silenciosa, con acceso al jardín en el que disfrutamos desde las tumbonas de unas vistas espectaculares. La pequeña piscina interior aporta el relax que agradeces tras disfrutar de una jornada por el Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes, el románico de la Vall de Boí o el entorno de Bonansa. La cena y la conversación son el mejor cierre de un día de vacaciones. La cocina de Maribel, con producto de calidad de la zona, bien elaborada y basada en el recetario tradicional, al que añade sus toques personales con un extraordinario resultado de aromas y sabores. Hemos disfrutado de una escapada excepcional que, sin duda recomendamos y a la que no se si he podido encontrar las palabras adecuadas para describir las sensaciones vividas.

Tout est parfait, l'hébergement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Dans l'assiette, que ce soit au moment du petit déjeuner ou du dîner, que des produits locaux et de grande qualité. Les propriétaires sont des passionnés dont leur unique objectif est de vous faire plaisir.
