The hotel was really clean. It was a really comfortable room and stay. It was located on the 30-minute bus, but the bus stop was close!

Hotel was great. Short cab ride from and back to the airport.
Bad: At checkout time a $60 “Tourist Fee” was added to the price of the stay! I believe this should have been disclosed up front while booking. Checkout time is the wrong time to add hidden fees!

AC in room barely worked, hot and uncomfortable. The room is large but dated, torn wallpaper, stained ceiling tiles and mold in washroom. Toiletries were partially used and not refilled. No recognition of ******* VIP or any perks. This should not be an ******* VIP hotel, it does not meet the standard. Very disappointed.

Air con virtually just a fan not really cold.
In a bonus side breakfast was great, lovely staff.
Restaurant 600 m away risorante Randagio was fabulous.

The A/C in the room didn’t work. The staff told me just when I found out and asked about it that it’s because of the government cut it due to the rain…BUT the A/C of the hall way and everywhere else works perfectly why?He didn’t even tell me at the check in which was weird. The room was like a sauna that night. It was horrible.

Rooms were dusty and hot, opened window but wouldnt stay opene. The surfaces were covered in a white dust. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and said too busy to answer questions to ask in the morning.
