The room was perfect for a family of four. The staff was exceptional and easy to communicate with along with great guidance for exploring and dining. The room was meticulous and breakfast amenities were very nice.

Valentina was very helpful with her messages and directions. We had an unexpected late check in due to trains trikes which she accommodated. Keys were left on the table. Door was opened. Thanks very much.

A very clean and nice place with breakfast in the rooms.
Nice "mini" apartment with lots in the near surroundings.
Only drawback was the superbusy bar just underneath which creates some noise in the evenings (but also very good for drinks)...

This little property was so cute but a little tricky to find. At first glance it appeared to be on a street with few options for dining etc but after exploring, we realized that there were lots of great dining options a couple of blocks away. Our host was so kind and helpful in booking us a taxi for our return to the train station. It was quick but fun visit.

Steam House is clean and roomy. It is a great location and very close to many restaurants. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. We love the decor.

Super find, beautiful large room recently modernised with ornate ceiling. The proprietor has paid so much attention to detail from the decor to the breakfast bar left in your room for the morning. Lovely selection of cold meat, cheese, granola & biscuit bars & yogurts & juices. Even UHF milk to use with the Nespresso frother or with cereal. Great neighbourhood location right in the heart of a heaving student population with many packed bars & restaurants. The windows are sound proof & AC mean a quiet nights sleep is guaranteed. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Excellent!

Steam House is an unassuming bed and breakfast with impeccable hospitality. It sometimes feels like a private room in an AirBnb, which isn’t a bad thing, but it can be too intimate for some.
The room and private bathroom is incredibly clean and stylised to perfection. Every detail was considered. From the slippers, to the towels, to the lampshade. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch and gave us snacks to use in the day.
The hosts were kind and hospitable. They went above and beyond.
The location was great for being between the train station and the centre, highly recommend.
The price was fantastic all things considered. We would come back again.

we passed there a night after making a reeservation on web. we also spoke with the amasser by then about details. level is good for a B&B, spacious rooms, serious bath, and smart people on desk. cons: - the zone is full of cheap bars full of lost ring people, so not a very quiet zone. - some forniture and walls are a bit ruined by bad hosts.
