We came here for 5 days. Our room was on the Elite side. The room was modern, clean, and fresh, the bed was really comfortable. We ate our breakfast and dinner in the Elite restaurant, the food was fabulous! Everybody was kind with us. The animation programs were excellent. The main pool was a little bit cold in April, but we still used it. I have tried a lots of hotel in my life, also in Dubai, but this was the top 1 for me! I am looking forward to come here again! Thanks for everything❤️

Excellent hotel and customer service, very beautiful hotel and enjoying our holiday, food is great, overall experience we would come back. Lots to do for children and rooms clean and modern, water slides and pools are clean and tidy. Drinks very good

Excellent service bootiful rooms staff are amazing and attentive and food plenty of choice and good quality 2nd time and would return. Pools clean . Entertainment good. The facilities are second to none . Pool area clean and tidy and hotel well looked after

Visited this hotel with a group of friends and had a most amazing time. Staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Reception staff were helpful on check in. Food was very good and the buffet items changed every day so didn’t get bored with the same thing.

I have been here for 7 days, Guest Relation were so amazing. Fa**a and Anna especially. There work is not only magical but there presence was so joyful and made my stay everlasting. Both of them are so appreciated. Always smiling and happy vibes. I’ll be back just because of them.

Belek beach resort hotel was great value for the money definitely 5* plus. Staff are attentive and helpful, especially a shout out to Emine part of the housekeeping team who cleaned are room regularly during our stay. There is plenty of choice of food and quality is very good. Hotel its self is very well kept and spotless. Belek beach hotel we definately enjoyed your company. The Bibbys May 6th - 16th 2024

Ahh, I loved this holiday. We booked the Elite swim up room (just to flag it isn’t really a swim up. It’s a tiny ***** of a pool about an metre wide running along the side of the hotel so you can paddle a bit outside your room) and it was lovely. Having the Elite package meant you were in the quieter part of the hotel as it’s an 13+ venue so if like me, you’ve never had children, it was definitely quieter - saying that I bought a massive flamingo float to lie in the pool so clearly I was the immature one! The food was lovely. The Elite part had a bistro and patisserie especially for us. I can confidently recommend all the cakes. The staff were lovely, everything was spotless and it was a wonderful experience. I spoke to quite a few people who were of the same view as me - that we would be back in a heartbeat! The rest of the hotel was lovely but being boring I’m only mentioning the Elite part. Saying that I would recommend the burger hut by the beach. Worth also mentioning that if you did want to sit out of the sun and be inside your hotel room, the television doesn’t cater much for English speaking visitors as there is a high amount of German tourists in the hotel - don’t worry there were plenty of sun loungers! All in all though, I had a really positive experience and would recommend.

I am very satisfied with the hotel especially Emel from the Piano Lobby Bar, she is very kind and respectful The food is very good, everyone is friendly, they are very attentive to details Everything is sparkling clean and you can find food 24 hours a day. I recommend this clean, beautiful and very interesting hotel.

From arrival, staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful huge hotel. Disabled and kid friendly. The food was brilliant throughout our stay. We had an amazing waiter Davut, who we didn't get to see before we left. What a star he was. Must visit again. Highly recommended place to visit. Made my birthday special 💕
